This is a detached barn conversion in the rural village of Stainton By Langworth and can sleep seven people in four bedrooms.
Fair Lea Barn is a beautifully converted cottage in the small village of Stainton by Langworth near the city of Lincoln. It boasts four bedrooms sleeping up to seven people with the master bedroom featuring a delightful en-suite shower room. There is also a large spacious sitting room, a dining room and a kitchen with breakfast bar. Outside is a stunning patio area with seating and ample parking. Fair Lea Barn is ideal for families or friends in the perfect country location.
Amenities: Oil fired central heating and underfloor heating with woodburning stove. Electric hob and oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, TV. WiFi available. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and high chair available. Off-road parking for 5 cars. Patio with table and chairs. Sorry, no pets and no smoking . Shop 3.5 miles, pub 1.1 miles.
