Bravissimo Raïms Penthouse, with 2 bedrooms

On the top floor of a historic building with elevator, right on the charming square of Cort Reial, you’ll find this lovely and fully equipped apartment. Being on the top floor, it’s full of natural light and offers beautiful views over the rooftops and medieval streets. Inside, you’ll find everything you need for a comfortable stay: a cozy living room with sofa, TV, fast Wi-Fi, dining table, a modern kitchen with all appliances, air conditioning, and a washing machine. The master bedroom has a double bed that can be set up as two singles, while the second bedroom has a trundle bed (a single with an extra pull-out bed). There’s also a spacious bathroom with shower and toilet. A bright and comfortable base to enjoy Girona’s charm!

The apartment is located in Girona’s historic centre, the Barri Vell, where car access is restricted and parking is not allowed. In most areas, vehicles may only enter up to three times per quarter, so we recommend parking before check-in. After booking, you’ll receive access to your personal Bravissimo App with parking information and smart lock check-in instructions (self check-in). While Girona is generally calm, some street noise and church bells may be heard if the windows are open. Tourist tax not included (applies to guests aged 16+, up to 7 nights).

Very nice apartment to explore the city

We really enjoyed our stay. Especially communication with the hosts was extraordinarily good, I never experienced that friendliness and responsiveness before.

Nice apartment in a great location

The apartment was very comfortable and in a great location to visit the local museums and historical area. Check in was smooth and it was nice to know that the rental company was just downstairs if we needed anything.

Excellent location to explore Girona

My wife and I wanted to stay in old town to experience the culture of the city. The apartment was right in the center of the city with many restaurants and bars within a 1 minute walk. We rented bikes and were able to explore the surrounding area as well. The Bravisssomo team were first rate with their communication and the parking arrangements that they made for us were perfect. Would highly recommend using them.

The location and size of the place was great but a few issues. The entry to the building does not make one feel welcome or secure. A basic cleaning of cobwebs and a front door that doesn’t appear as if it was broken would help. The apartment is noisy when anyone passes by and people toss recycling into the bins at all hours. The place had a reoccurring odour. While the kitchen was well equipped, it was the first time I’ve stayed at a VRBO where there was nothing in the place like salt and pepper or tea or coffee and there wasn’t even hand soap.

Super welcoming reception staff at the office below the flat. Location wise you can't get much better in the old town. Mindful that there is some noise at times from the bars/restaurants below but that is not specific to this flat it is just the old town and I've experienced that in other properties. I am a light sleeper and i was fine. Wifi, kitchen, washing, nice lounge and great view from the top floor over town. Great facilities in the flat and would definitely go back.

GOOD: Location, blazing fast internet, helpful support staff readily available, reasonable price NOT SO GOOD: strong sewage smell in bathroom, leaking ceiling in living room when it rains, very poorly appointed kitchen, no living room window coverings to block out the hot sunlight, single beds in large bedroom with sagging mattress,

Bravo Bravissimo! - Girona

We have been traveling for a month between Barcelona, Paris, Valencia, Tarragona & Girona, and both Bravissimo and the penthouse apartment in Girona standout as 'the best'! Bravissimo provided great service, communications with ease of check-in & out. Top notch! As for the apartment it was clean, well located close to all the old town sites, shops and eateries. Also close to the river Ponts/bridges and great restaurants on the other side of the river. Shout out to The Sunset Jazz Club! Cet appartement plutôt spacieux, agréable et lumineux est parfaitement situé, au coeur de la cité historique. Il est tel que décrit par les photos et le texte d'accompagnement. Placé au dernier étage avec ascenseur de l'immeuble, la vue depuis les fenêtres donne sur les toits mais en contre partie les fortes chaleurs telles que celles vécues lors de notre séjour se font ressentir. Toutefois, il y a une clim dans la chambre des parents ainsi que dans le séjour si l'on souhaite adaptée la température. Si comme nous, vous n'appréciez pas trop l'air climatisé, il est possible de dormir les fenêtres ouvertes sans être dérangé par le bruit des fêtards de la rue et ruelles en-dessous.Le dialogue avec Bravissimo est simple et interactif car l'équipe répond très rapidement à toutes nos questions. En résumé, je vous conseille ce logement.

The checkin was great and the apartment was charming, had brand new furniture and all the amenities were extremely clean. its located in the old town, next to everything, so it was super easy to visit the city. I couldn’t recommend it more and would have loved to stay a few more days.
