The property is surrounded by greenery and includes an oak forest as well as a beautiful, well-equipped garden.<br>The house is on two levels; on the first floor, there is a comfortable living room with a fireplace and a one-and-a-half-person sofa bed, a kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower. On the first floor, there is a master bedroom, a twin bedroom, and a single bedroom, along with a full bathroom. Outside, there is a spacious and comfortable porch, a wood-fired oven, and a brick barbecue. <br>The apartment is located inside an old farmhouse surrounded by greenery. The large, fully equipped garden and the woodland are available for exclusive use. The property is fully fenced. Just a few minutes from Castel dell’Aquila, Amelia, Avigliano Umbro, the Dunarobba Fossil Forest, and all the charming spots in southern Umbria.<br>Guests access the property through a gate and a driveway shared with the owner, who lives in the same farmhouse but on the opposite side and, of course, has a separate entrance to her home. EVERYTHING else (the house and garden) is for your exclusive use.<br>The owner will be available in person or by phone if needed.<br>Only the entrance gate, the parking area, and the driveway leading to the house are shared with the owner, who does NOT pass in front of your portion of the farmhouse to enter her home, which is on the opposite side.<br>Nature and tranquility are the house’s main attractions. Toscolano, a hamlet of Avigliano Umbro, is a quaint, well-kept, small, and charming village. The village is within walking distance, while basic amenities are a few minutes’ drive away.<br>A car is essential. Ideal for remote work (30 Mb internet).
