The price includes use of the 2 swimming pools and separate children's pool at Luz Bay Club Hotel, a 5-10 minute walk from the villa, which also has a bar and restaurant (the pools are pictured).

Guests at Salute can also book the new tennis courts at Luz Bay Club for just €4 per hour on presentation of the club card.

It is possible to buy daily & weekly passes for use of the Boa Vista Golf Resort which gives you access to use of Jacuzzi, sauna, steam bath and gym.

Please note the small double bedroom is best suited to 1 adult or 2 children as it is small double bed. There is no air conditioning in this room but there is a ceiling fan.

The owner does not consider this house suitable for toddlers or young children due to the open staircase and the upstairs terrace.
