Gemme is a villa in Rocca di Papa, a small village just a few kilometers from Rome, nestled in the greenery of the Castelli Romani Natural Park.<br>The house features 4 independent apartments, which in this case can be rented together, for a total of 23 beds <br>On the first floor, with a livable veranda (complete with table and chairs) overlooking the garden, we find the “Margherita” apartment, approximately 50 square meters in size, with a living room featuring a kitchenette and a comfortable one-and-a-half-person sofa bed. There is one double bedroom. The apartment has two bathrooms (one with a tub and one smaller one with a shower). <br>The kitchenette is fully equipped with dishes, glasses, pots and pans, a microwave, and a Nespresso coffee machine (with a welcome pack of pods).<br>The apartment has a washing machine.<br>A second apartment, “Mimosa,” measuring approximately 70 square meters, is located on the first floor with a livable veranda overlooking the beautiful garden. It features a spacious living room with a large table that can seat up to 20 people, as well as a well-equipped kitchenette. The living room features a single sofa bed and a single bed that converts into a sofa.<br>The apartment has a double bedroom and a full bathroom with a shower, as well as an ante-bathroom with a sink.<br>On the first floor are the other two apartments (“Peonia” and “Giglio”), each spread over two levels. <br>The larger “Peonia,” measuring approximately 140 square meters, features a living room with a TV, a kitchen-dining area, an extendable table that seats up to 12, a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, and a bathroom with a double sink. The kitchen is elegantly and fully equipped with dishes, glasses, pots and pans, a dishwasher, an oven, a microwave, and a Nespresso coffee machine (with a complimentary welcome pack of pods). In the attic, there are two bedrooms (one with a double bed and two single beds, and one with a twin bed) and a bathroom with a shower. <br>All bedrooms have hardwood floors. <br>The apartment is equipped with a washing machine.<br>The second apartment, “Giglio,” measuring approximately 100 square meters and located on the first floor, features a living room with a French-style sofa bed (18 cm mattress), a kitchen-dining area with an extendable table seating up to 10 people, fully equipped with dishes, glasses, pots and pans, a dishwasher, a halogen oven, and a Nespresso coffee machine (with a welcome pack of pods), as well as a bathroom with a shower.<br>In the attached attic, there are two bedrooms—one with a double bed and one with a queen-size bed (120 cm mattress)—as well as a bathroom with a bathtub and a washing machine.<br>The temperature stays cool in the summer, so there’s no need for air conditioning; firewood for the fireplace is provided.<br>Heating, available from October 1 through April 30, is charged based on usage: €1.59 per cubic meter of gas. An utility security deposit of €250 (for winter months) is required, payable in cash. It will be refunded at checkout after the heating bill has been paid. Arrivals must be by 7 p.m. Check-in is not possible after this time.<br>Upon request, a chauffeur-driven transfer service (by car or van) is available to take guests directly from the airport gate to the apartment.
