Charming country house with a large swimming pool

We rent out our main residence for the summer months, it is a charming bastide with an unobstructed view located at the foot of the pretty Provencal village of Allauch:<br>- a large equipped outdoor terrace (outdoor lounge, teak furniture: 2 tables, one for 8 people under an awning sheltered from the sun for summer lunches, the other 4 people, large Weber gas barbecue, ping pong table)<br>- a 10mx5m swimming pool protected by flexible safety barriers<br>- 6 sunbeds<br>- A large garden of 2000 m2<br>- 3 bedrooms<br>- 6 people maximum<br>- South exposure<br>- Air conditioning on the floor<br>- Equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, induction hob, kitchen equipment, American refrigerator with ice cubes)<br>- Washing machine and drying rack outside and inside<br>- Indoor lounge with coffee table and TV lounge area<br>- Proximity to all amenities: bakery, supermarket, butcher, greengrocer between 100 and 500 m from the house<br><br>Information and regulations:<br>- Weekly rental<br>- Reservation for family use (no weddings, receptions, baptisms, birthdays, parties)<br>- Bed linen and towels not provided (optional possible)<br>- Pool cleaning and maintenance fee to be added to the rental price (not optional): 200 euros<br>- Non-smoking house<br>- Pets not allowed<br>- 2 permanent resident wild cats outside only (a small cat and a visually impaired cat nicknamed Dolphin) as well as a Hedgehog (Octave).<br>- Watering of the garden 1 to 2 times a week by your host<br>- Pool maintenance performed once a week by your host<br><br>Attractions:<br>- Pretty village known for its historic Provençal mills, its Allauch teethers, its breathtaking view of Marseille (viewpoint 10 minutes walk from the house)<br>- Many walks/hikes in the middle of a preserved nature (source of the dog, cave of the plague victims, Mont St Cyr, Pilon du Roi, Grotte of the big owl described by Marcel Pagnol, the Garlaban etc...)<br>- 25 minutes from the Abbey of Saint Pons at the foot of the Sainte Baume, possibility of walking in the hills to the old ice houses;<br>- 20 min from Marseille city center (by car)<br>- 30 min from the creeks<br>- Many sports activities possible in the surrounding area<br>- Exclusive access to the entire property<br><br>A welcome booklet will be given to you on arrival.
