We thought the apartment and the location would be good, and we weren’t disappointed. Everything was clean, all communications answered with excellent support to make our family vacation excellent. Our balcony was superb and we used it regularly, and it was also lovely to have shaded space on the downstairs terrace. Car rides were arranged for us to and from the airport, and our boat trip was also managed on our behalf. We all had a great, easy & relaxed stay. Thank you!

The apartment clean comfortable idealic location and beautiful scenery. It was perfect, apart from traffic noise on balcony.We didn't meet Anita but she was responsive to our needs.All the family were helpful and respectful of privacy and safety. Excellent boat hire trip. Paddle boarding was fun. Only thing we expected an oven not just a hob. Maybe electric supply not suitable. A microwave would be helpful. Perfection! We completely enjoyed our stay and will book again in a heartbeat. Apartment is exactly as pictured and centrally located/ flat walk to shops and restaurants. Large walk in area to water and many sunchairs to enjoy. One of the highlights of our trip was horing the boat out for the day which is arranged thru the host.

This was a lovely location, right on the water. The view was amazing! The apt was very clean and the bed was cozy. As for the hosts, they were friendly and very helpful.They even arranged pick up and drop off from the airport for me. There were also great restaurants close by within walking distance. I would highly recommend staying here!

Waterfront location great base for a trip to Dubrovnik, Mostar and Kotor

Beautiful waterfront location, easy drive to Dubrovnik, but quiet, comfortable accomodation, easy walk to local restaurants, friendly and helpful owner.

Great space and location

This flat was perfect for our stay in Dubrovnik. It’s location right on the water is perfect and the Zaton Bay is quiet and beautiful. Anita provided us with great hospitality! We will definitely stay here again when we come back to Dubrovnik!

A brilliant base for our Dubrovnik break

The location on Zanton bay is perfect. Easy accessible walks taking you around the bay to a selection of first class restaurants, catering for all tastes & budgets. We used the local buses to visit Dubrovnik which was easy & very cost effective. We would recommend a visit to Ston with its wonderful walls & medieval castle, a great find!The Hosts were charming, helpful & attentive. The accommodation was exactly as advertised. We had a brillant week, helped by good weather, which meant we could swim in the bay everyday. An exceptional holiday, we are very likely to return.

Sun, sea and sand

Great stay from beginning to end. Anita and her family were gracious and accommodating. The views are beautiful from the terrace. We swam in the sea every day and took full advantage of tHe Elephiti Island boat tour.

Great Hosts & Lovely Location

This gorgeous apartment is right on the water in a quiet neighborhood about 10 km from the heart of Dubrovnik. There are buses that run into town regularly. Also, there are markets and restaurants that are within walking distance from the property. The hosts were incredibly attentive and responsive to all of our needs and questions. We would definitely stay here again.

Fabulous holiday

What a stunning place to stay overlooking small zaton bay. It’s a lovely quiet place to stay while also very easily accessible by uber and bus to the Dubrovnik town centre. The apartment was perfect for our family of 4. Very clean inside the apartment and the outside area. Anita was a perfect host and was extremely helpful and ensured that we knew enough about the surrounding area and facilities available. Her entire family ensured we had the perfect stay from arranging transfers and boat trips. We will definitely be back!

Highly recommend staying here!

What a wonderful place to stay if you are visiting Dubrovnik! The apartment was perfect two couples!Tereza met us when we arrived and gave us a tour of the apartment and explained everything about the area. She even recommended a tour driver, Ivan to take us on a day trip to Bosnia. He was absolutely fantastic, so if you are considering a day trip to Bosnia ask Anita.or Tereza for his information!The area is so peaceful and we enjoyed walking around the area. It is about a 10 or 15 minute ride to town and we Ubered instead of taking our car. Highly recommend staying here!

Anita’s property was spotless & you could tell no expense was spared on the remodeling of the apartment. We left the windows open at night & we’re lulled to sleep by the sounds of the harbor which btw you can dive into right off of your back porch! Fantastic. Highly recommend & Anita is a great hostess!

Simply Amazing!

This is an absolute gem! Even more beautiful than the pictures. We are so happy we chose to stay here than in busy Dubrovnik. It was just a short drive away and set on the most beautiful bay. Very quiet and relaxing. Our host was extremely responsive and took care of everything we needed. We will definitely come back to stay here in the future.

Like having family in Dubrovnik.

Our stay in Zaton Bay was simply magical. Anita helped us with car rental, travel from the airport and even gave us fresh linens midway through our stay. The apartment met all of our needs and the views out the bedroom window and from the balcony were priceless. We won't forget playing cards on the terrace, steps from the sea with the other guests from around the world. We would love to go back to beautiful Croatia and stay at this wonderful seaside home away from home.

Wow, just wow

Not enough space to describe how enamored we were with this stay. The pictures do not lie! Spacious, lovely, serene, enchanty location. Felt like a dream. Can walk to public transportation (to Dubrovnik) or walk to local restaurants. Would highly reccomend to anyone.

Peaceful Waterfront Property

Super responsive property manager, wonderful accommodation with A/C, private patio overlooking the bay, kayak/motor boat rentals, transportation arrangement, and more! We had a wonderful stay and would 10/10 recommend this place to others. It’s a 15 minute Uber to Old Town Dubrovnik but Ubers are cheap if you’re staying with a group. The hosts also help arrange a rental car if desired. We rented the small motor boat for the day to explore the Elaphite Islands and it went very smoothly. This place is a hidden gem!

Zaton near Dubrovnik ,

Wonderful location near Dubrovnik. Luko and family very friendly and very helpful .Picked up at airport , supplied taxis when required .Speedboat with skipper was a particular highlight snorkeling in private coves beaches and blue caves. Knowledgeable inputs regarding area. Diving or jumping from private walkway in front of house into sea was enjoyable every day. Plenty sunbeds and chairs in Patio area. Good local restaurants and mini market within walking distance. Overall a great experience and we would highly recommend it
