Swimming at your doorstep. Cafes, convenience stores and an award-winning gourmet restaurant within 2 minutes’ walk, Cafe del Mar in 30. Easy access to St. Julian’s, Sliema, Mdina, Valletta and the beaches.
Not on the tourist strip however in Summer is has a busier fun vibe.

The breathtaking views are only the beginning of why this property is so wonderful. The comfortable beds, proximity to restaurants, and gracious hosts added to the overall greatness of this amazing apartment. The white decor in the spacious flat is so serine and the balcony overlooking the water is perfect for coffee in the morning. The hosts could not have been nicer. Highly recommend staying here!

John the host was more than helpful and welcoming and very informative with any questions we had. The flat its self was absolutely wonderful and comfortable. The views were breathtaking. It had everything one would want or need. Want to go back.

Best place to stay in Malta

This was such a lovely place to stay. Stunning view out across the water - we sat out in the mornings every day, even when slightly chilly because it was so special. And the evenings too ! The location is superb, located in amongst some great restaurants and able to drive to anywhere across the island ( and over to Gozo too). I cannot recommend enough. This is a top notch place to stay.

Great apartment, great location

This is a beautiful, clean, well-equipped apartment right on the waterfront and the views are amazing. There are bars, restaurants and convenience stores within easy walking distance. We had a wonderful week here and Maria is a super host who gave us a warm welcome but did not intrude. Highly recommeded.

Awesome location, flat, and host! John and Maria are 10 out of 10 when it comes to VRBO hosting. Get ready for a personal greeting from the host to help you settle in and become acquainted with the area. The flat was very clean, cool and the location was within 5 minutes of everything you would need for vaca in Malta. John had stocked quite a few items for us, so breakfast, snack, and even a few refreshments, made day 1 a hit. Local produce...Go to the local ħanut tal-merċa (top of the hill) for some entertainment and great produce. Dinning and sight seeing. If more hustle is your vibe, walk 10 minutes south and you are in the heart of Bigibba. Bolt rides are fairly priced to about any point on the isle. (Watch busy hours as the prices do go up) Boat Tours from the jetty are 6 mins. away. The view of the bay is breathtaking, so grab a bottle of the local Maltese wine and just sit. I would highly recommend this location and host to anyone looking for a stay in Malta and will make this our #1 stay location when returning. Thank you both from the bottom of our southern hearts!

My family and I stayed at this stunning penthouse in Malta in August, and it exceeded all our expectations. The photos don’t do it justice — the place is even more beautiful in person. It was sparkling clean, spacious, and perfectly equipped for a comfortable stay. We had everything we could possibly need, from beach towels to even eggs waiting for us in the fridge on arrival. On top of that, the penthouse is in the perfect location to experience Malta, making it easy to explore and enjoy everything the island has to offer. The attention to detail and thoughtful touches made us feel right at home. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Malta.

Stunning Views

We spent four weeks in February at this beautiful, very clean, well equipped apartment. Fabulous views over the bay.Great communication with the owners who we feel genuinely wanted us to enjoy our stay. We were provided with everything we needed including a thoughtful welcome pack on arrival.Easy access to local shops, restaurants and bars. There was no need to hire a car as there was a bus stop within a 3 minute walk which enabled us to get around the island easily. Thank you Maria and John - we had a wonderful time in Malta!

Gorgeous apartment

We had a lovely week in Maria’s apartment. It’s a gorgeous apartment in a great area. Loved sitting on the balcony watching the boats and people. Always something to see. The only downside was a couple of days when we couldn’t sit out because of a plague of black flies! Nothing anyone can do about that. Lots of space and the best bed we have ever slept in. Would recommend the apartment to anyone.

I cannot say enough about how great this flat is! My family of 4 including two teenage boys stayed here for a week from Vancouver, B.C. and we had the absolute best time! The location is convenient for the Northern Island tours as well as plenty of great cafes, restaurants, bars and grocery stores. The flat its self is super spacious with great air conditioning in both bedrooms. We enjoyed keeping the balcony doors open to enjoy the ocean breezes, and just the bedrooms cool for the evenings. You can swim right outside the front door. The hosts John and Maria were very thoughtful in even providing some essential food items for our arrival. I would definitely recommend to anyone and dir any length of time. We will be back!

Wonderful Penthouse in St Paul’s Bay

We have just returned from 3 weeks in this lovely apartment in St Paul’s Bay. The whole process from the initial booking to the checking in was very easy. Maria was excellent in her communication at the all times. We also received a very helpful welcome from John who was on site to help at all times. The property was exceptionally clean. The bedding was the cleanest and most comfortable that we have ever stayed in. Again the provisions in the kitchen were beyond what one would normally expect. We are already missing sitting out on the balcony watching the boats coming and going all day. There are a number of fine restaurants in the vicinity all within easy walking distance, and again a number of supermarkets within the local area. The apartment is easily accessed with a modern lift, and you also have access to a roof terrace for sun bathing. We both can’t wait to return to this lovely apartment in the near future.

Lovely apartment with views over the bay

This is a very nice apartment with a large glass frontage giving a terrific unimpeded view over the bay. The apartment was clean, spacious and well equipped. You also have use of the roof for enjoying the sunshine. We would definitely stay there again. There were plenty of restaurants nearby - we would recommend Ta Rozi for the evening and the Kiosk for good value at lunch. Both are within a couple of hundred meters. There were two minor negatives to note: the apartment is tiled throughout and is designed to stay cool in the summer. As we stayed in February we found it a bit too cold but it would probably be an advantage in hotter weather. Other people have said there was plenty of parking nearby. There is, but it is usually full up! So anticipate a walk of up to 1/2 a mile.

Maria and John are the best hosts we have ever stayed with. So accommodating and kind. The apartment is better than what pictures show. Absolutely stunning property and a view to die for. Clean, bright, air conditionings works great, actually not one bad thing we can say about our stay. Location is wonderful and lots to eat and do steps from your front door. Thanks again Maria and John and like last year and this year we will definitely book this wonderful place again.

Very easy to book and apartment was great. The owner kept in touch and checked everything was ok. Apartment was clean, elegantly furnished, fully equipped, great welcoming "basket", lovely location, very useful info packs - a great place to stay and use as a base to see the island. Fabulous apartment - Highly recommend

My husband and myself stayed 7 nights in this apartment and cannot recommend it highly enough. The apartment is equipped with everything you need for your stay and the view from the balcony is stunning. The apartment is located within walking distance to restaurants, shops and bars. We also swam daily in the sea right in front. It was also a lovely touch that there was milk, bread and other messages left for us on arrival as we did not arrive until late at night. All communication with Maria was responded to promptly and we would like to thank both John & Maria for our stay. We will definitely be back.
