Renovated fisherman’s cottage in Wissant, a charming village in the heart of the “Deux Caps” National Site.

Just 450 meters from the beach and in the heart of town, this typical Wissant fisherman’s cottage was fully renovated in 2020. It is tastefully decorated and well-equipped, featuring:

First floor:
- a large living area with living room and dining room
- a fully equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, Nespresso machine, coffee maker),
- a separate half-bath
- a bathroom (double sink, shower)
- an outbuilding in the garden with a washer and dryer

First floor:
- a bedroom with a double bed
- a bedroom with two single beds

Exterior:
A terrace and a fenced-in garden measuring 90 m² (barbecue, lounge chair, water spigot, etc.)

As this is a traditional fisherman’s house, the access to the upper floor via a ladder has been replaced by a spiral staircase to accommodate the limited space. This staircase is not suitable for people with limited mobility.

Ideal for 4 people.

Miscellaneous: Children welcome, non-smoking rental, no pets allowed, windsurfing and kitesurfing spot

A cleaning fee is required and included in the rate

The house does not have Wi-Fi.

A travel crib can be provided upon request.

- bathroom (double sink, shower)
- An outbuilding in the garden with a washing machine and dryer

First floor:
- a bedroom with a double bed
- a bedroom with two single beds

A terrace and a fenced garden of 90 m² (barbecue, deck chair, water spigot...)

Since this is a traditional fisherman’s house, access to the second floor via a miller’s ladder has been replaced by a spiral staircase designed for small spaces. This staircase is not suitable for people with limited mobility.
