Hi Rosalyn, Many thanks for your review and comments. Actually there are two intermediaries between the tourist and the property owner. We are Priority villas, publishing the property for the owner in different booking platforms. In this case you chose Vrbo platform for your booking. So from the moment a client books with Vrbo then we, Priority Villas, take care of the booking. We have been your intermediary from the moment we received the booking until after your departure for the refund of the damage deposit.
