The 135 m² vacation home “Casa AHS” is located in Coimbra, in central Portugal, near the Mondego River. The house consists of a living room with a fireplace, a well-equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms, as well as one bathroom and an additional bathroom, and can accommodate up to 8 people. The house has a washing machine, and children are welcome.

Guests can enjoy the spectacular mountain view from the balcony and relax outdoors in the furnished garden or soak up the sun on the open terrace, both for private use. The property is surrounded by a stream, and there is also a river beach 50 m from the villa and a dam at the far end of the property. Guests can also explore the trails within the property.
The villa is just a 3- to 5-minute (2- to 5-km) drive from a variety of restaurants, bars, cafes, and shopping venues. The villa is also just 16 minutes (15.5 km) from Praia do Rio Mostiero, a scenic swimming area, and guests can experience the region’s natural beauty at the Miradouro do Rio Zezere hiking trail. The Coimbra area offers 509 bike trails that wind through the mountainous and riverine landscape. The Lousa Airfield is a 52-minute (67 km) drive from the villa.
