Modern Apartment next to Vatican

Our beautiful home is ideally located in Prati, just a 5 minutes walk from the nearest tube station (Ottaviano) and a 10 minutes walk from the Vatican Museums. The living area is the heart of the home! Hang out with your family and friends or kick back and relax in front of the TV on the sofa.The bedroom is light and airy with a big wardrobe, a desk with a chair and a comfortable double bed. In the living room there is a double sofa bed and a single sofa bed. All of the beds are made up with fresh, luxury linens to ensure a great night’s sleep! You’ll also find plenty of storage space so you can get unpacking and start feeling at home right away. Our bathroom, bright and nice, is the perfect place to freshen up! Fluffy white towels and shampoo are provided. If cooking is your thing, you’re going to love spending time in the lovely kitchen, then rest assured the kitchen will have everything you need in it such as all the basic condiments. All the appliances are modern and easy to use - you’ll enjoy showing off your culinary skills here! There's an oven, a microwave and coffee machine is provided for you. We really want to ensure that you have a comfortable stay here in Rome! Our property will be professionally cleaned before your stay.

To offer all the guests a pleasant stay please consider the followings notes:

- check-in after 8pm on request, according to availability and subject to a fee (from 8pm to 11pm €35, from 11pm to 1am €50); in case of delay the extra fee will be applied according to the effective arrival time;
- according to the Italian law in Rome the tourist city tax is € 3,5 per person per night, applied for the first 10 nights;
- all the guests will be required to present a valid identity document at the time of check-in for registration to the Italian security authorities (also children - unaccompanied minors will not be accepted);
- baby cot available on request (linen not provided);
- each stay is supplied with a set of linen based on the number of guests, for medium-long stays there are no intermediate supplies or linen changes during the stay;
- for long term rentals (over 29 consecutive nights), guests will be asked to sign a rental agreement that will be made available via email before arrival.

First time in Rome
This place was great. Very clean and roomy. Great location. Very close to the Vatican, and a short walk to the metro or buses to get to other attractions. Owner was quick to respond to inquiries and made check in easy. Lots of eating places close by. Would stay again if we ever make it back to Rome.

Séjour en famille à Rome
Excellent séjour. Connaissant bien Rome et souhaitant faire découvrir la ville a mes parents, j’ai réservé ce logement. Je privilégie Prati pour ses restaurants et commodités de qualité. Le logement est conforme à l’annonce, Elisa et Elena avec qui j’ai échangé étaient très arrangeantes et facilement joignables. Le logement est très bien et les lits sont confortables. Un gardien très agréable et disponible (en italien) si besoin d’aide. Le seul bémol peut être qu’ayant dormi dans le salon, cela est un peu bruyant car il n’y a pas de porte entre le couloir d’entrée et le salon. Ainsi la moindre discussion dans le grand hall résonne et envahie la pièce. Cela ne me dérange pas et n’a pas impacté mon sommeil. Mais si vous avez le sommeil léger, privilégiez la chambre du fond totalement insonorisée. Merci a Elisa et Elena pour ce parfait séjour !

Good location but no heating !
We rented this appartment the first full week of April 2023. The location is excellent, nice and quiet, with bakery, grocery, restaurants very close, and metro not too far. The appartment is spacious, like shown. However: we had no heating ! Temperatures outside were between 12C and 16C max. and inside the appartment, which gets no sun, it was cold. Heating never worked, our landry stayed humid for days and bath towels never dried. I contacted the rental agency on the first day, but they simply said it was impossible to find an electrician! We were told to use the AC and to put it on heat... Not a solution! So we were cold, on several days. This "problem" with the heating (or unwillingness to solve the problem...) is not mentioned in the ad. So we asked for a small refund for this inconvenience, and were denied any refund! Dissapointing. Also: the floor could use a good wash. It is dirty. Too bad. This appartment certainly lacks the care it deserves...

the place itself was clean and was a great size for my friends and I. Beds were comfortable, and it was great to have a washer in unit. However, check in was absolutely awful. We had been travelling for the entire day and were told to check in at 3 pm. When we arrived around 2:40, the cleaner was there. Since we were a bit early, we were unbothered and went to get food. When we returned around 4, she was still there and the host was of no help other than replying and saying the cleaner should be done soon. We ended up sitting on the steps outside the apartment in the heat until 5:15pm waiting to access the stay. This part was the most disappointing. Besides check in, the shower was in very poor condition. The shower head was broken adn would spray water everywhere. Unless you turn it on very slowly with little pressure, the shower head would turn all around and soak the floors. We had to use half of our towels on the floor just so we could walk in the bathroom. A couple of us chose not to even shower because of how annoying it was. If check in were better and the shower head were fixed, I would recommend this stay. Until then, I would advise you to look elsewhere in Rome.
