Islander Condo # 502 er en East View, Bronze Unit, der sover op til 6 personer. Undgå elevatorer med nem adgang til stueetagen og parkeringspladsen via trappen nær lejligheden. Træd ind i vores tropiske paradis bekvemt placeret for hurtig og nem adgang til stranden eller dit valg af to puljer.

Køkkenet er for nylig opdateret med nye skabe og apparater og er fuldt udstyret med alle værktøjer til at opfylde dine madlavningsbehov. Saml rundt spisebordet med plads til 6 eller slappe af i stuen for at se 32 "tv med dvd-afspiller og digital kabel adgang. Der er en dronning sovesofa til rådighed for gæsterne.

Det store soveværelse har en king size seng og en 20 "tv. Badeværelset har badekar / bruser combo. Gæstesoveværelset har 2 dobbeltsenge senge og et 32 "tv med dvd-afspiller. Gæstebadeværelse har badekar / bruser combo.

Venture ud til den private balkon og se bådene ind og forlader havnen gennem øst pass eller en af de betagende solnedgange en aften kan tilbyde.

The only good thing about this place is the view and the proximity to the beach. There were no esencial items at all such as coffee, creamer, sugar, salt, pepper, oil that these kind of places always have. The “clean” dishes were all dirty and the carpet is extremely dirty and nasty. Most drawers are broken and there was an unpleasant smell. Also, before checking in I messaged the host because I never received check-in instructions and they never responded. Definitely not worth the money.

GREAT VIEW and balcony nice. EVEN though there was some work on-going, we had a nice quiet visit there and felt 'right at home'. Pool area is certainly nice as well.

Highly recommend! I will say that the condo itself could use a little upkeep. Refrigerator was a little beat up, and couches felt a little worn. That’s the only reason I’m not giving this a 5. Those issues were no big deal though. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Place to Stay at the Beach

On the recommendation of a friend, we came to The Islander and were not disappointed! We could see the beach right out of our windows and balcony. The beach sand is white, and due to gated access to the beach, it does not feel overcrowded. There are many shopping opportunities, and there’s a pool,hot tub, tennis and pickle ball courts for recreation. Hope to come back again!

We checked the fridge and cupboards for any leftover food. There was none and the garbage was not the problem. We never did find where it was coming from. All in all it was a pleasant stay and what I was expecting.

Everything was wonderful except for one problem. Our unit, 502, smelled musty. It was strong when we first walked in, but then we aired it out. It was better after that, but the smell still lingered somewhat. Other than that, the unit was great, and our overall stay was wonderful.

The condo smelled like dogs have been peeing in it for the last year. We are all allergic and I had to try and sleep with a blanket over my face. The even carpet looks bad and should be taken out to get rid of the smell. The main shower was stopped up and the towel rack kept falling down. The pool was really hot and not pleasant to swim in due to that. It was clean and a nice area. The walking distance is easy. We were not allowed to use the sun shade for my kids on the beach. It just sat on the ground and was not a canopy, so I’m not sure why not. There wasn’t a sheet to put on the pull out couch. We also couldn’t get any new towels.

Unit 502 Review

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I rent a condo at the Islander 2 to 3 times a year and this is the first time that I rented unit 502. It seemed that this condo is not kept up to the expectations that most guests would expect. The carpet in the living room coming in from the kitchen was coming up from the floor and it was secured with duct tape which wasn’t holding so well. This was a tripping hazard. Also, the paint on the walls in the master bathroom was chipping off the wall. I realize this is a bronze unit but I would expect it to be kept up better than that. We still had a great time and will continue to come to the Islander, but will not rent unit 502 again.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was nice and great view. However, the con’s outweigh the pro’s on this one. The walls and kitchen floor had chipped paint, with the exception of kitchen of course, everything was carpet that seemed in desperate need of replacing. Didn’t even like to walk barefoot on it. And the most major complaint of all is the king bed in the master bedroom! We couldn’t sleep and had to go to the chiropractor when I returned was that bad. I’m sure the floor would’ve been more comfortable. You could feel every spring in the mattress. That absolutely needs to be replaced, the twin beds in the other bedroom were pretty much the same.

Unbelievable

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I cannot believe they would rent this unit in its current condition. The entry carpet has exposed tack strips,stains on the carpet in both bedrooms and livingroom. The smell in the condo was offensive. Mold in the corners of the master bathroom doors. The refrigerator has rust on the door and on the racks inside. I brought all of this to the attention to the front desk- they came and took a picture of the exposed tack strip, gave me an airfreshner to attach to my air conditioner vent and were rather short with me. They called the general manager who was supposed to call me to discuss on Monday (I checked in on Saturday- but she was not taking calls on the weekend- they did not want to disturb the manager on call either since we reached out to the General Manager first). The GM never called - she took off 10% . We offered to move and pay an additional cost but since we signed a contract- the front desk said there is nothing they can do to help except alert the General Manager who will alert the unit owner- super disappointed.I have been coming for over 20 years and completely shocked by the unit and treatment we received. I have pictures- happy to share.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stay at the Islander 2 years ago on the west side. The room was great but the view wasn’t. This year we got an east side room so we were very excited. The view was awesome but the room stunk. It smelled like someone smoked in it a lot and it smelled musty. The living room furniture is very old and the walls need painting. We were very disappointed.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Smelled like dog pee, caused allergic reaction, miserable to sleep with blanket over my nose because smell was so bad, carpet looks very nasty and needs to be removed, main shower was stopped up and towel rack kept falling on our feet, unable to get more towels, no sheet for pull out couch, pool was very hot and not pleasant to swim in, aside from carpet room seemed to be clean, outside area was clean, good distance to walk to beach, was not able to use small sun shade for kids on their private beach so that sucked, it was lower than the chairs even.

Cozy condo close to the beach

My family enjoyed our stay at the islander. It was our 4th summer there and it never disappoints. The kids have a blast going between the beach and the pool and you can watch them from the balcony. The condo has every utensil you need to prepare a family dinner to minimize spending money on dining out. The parking lot always had spots not too far and luggage carts were readily available for your convenience. We are already planning our trip for next year!
