The property

This contemporary villa has 3 floors; on the main floor, there is a large living room with direct access to the outdoor area, which features a large heated pool and terrace. It also features a separate, fully equipped, high-end kitchen; 2 bedrooms with direct access to the back terrace; and 2 bathrooms. On the top floor, there is a stunning, very large master bedroom with its own separate walk-in closet, an en suite bathroom with a double shower, and access to a magnificent terrace with ocean views. The top-floor terrace is perfect for relaxing; it features a large double sun lounger where you can soak up the sun all day long. There is also a single bedroom on the top floor. On the first floor, there are two bedrooms, a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer, one bathroom, and a large lounge area. The villa offers a private garage for three cars. The villa is equipped with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a TV with international channels, a hair dryer, a BBQ, bath towels and beach towels, bed linens, a crib, and a high chair. The villa is located in the Habitats del Duque complex, in the prestigious El Duque neighborhood of Costa Adeje, 200 meters from the famous El Duque Beach. The villa is surrounded by 5-star hotels such as Anthelia, Bahía del Duque, Jardines de Nivaria, GF Victoria, Gran Tacande, and El Mirador. The villa is also located next to the Plaza del Duque shopping center, where you can find all the best brands, restaurants, cafes, bars, hair salons, a children’s play area, a pharmacy, a convenience store, and more. Due to its location at the back of the complex, the villa is very quiet.

Activities and attractions

El Duque is the most prestigious area in Costa Adeje, Tenerife. There are plenty of activities and attractions in this area. There is a great promenade just 200 meters from the house, from which you can walk all the way to Las Américas. Just a few minutes by car away, you’ll find the Costa Adeje Golf Course, tennis courts, sports centers, and paddle tennis courts. About 5 minutes by car is the huge Siam Park water park, where you can spend the whole day—it offers great activities for both kids and adults. The area features many prestigious shopping centers, as well as numerous high-end restaurants, bars, and cafés. The Gran Sur Shopping Center includes a movie theater and a supermarket.
