Lindo IV apartment in Madrid

This apartment is located in the Las Letras (Huertas) neighbourhood. It is the most charming neighbourhood in Madrid, not only because of its fantastic location and the beautiful architecture of its typically Madrid buildings, but also because it is a predominantly pedestrian area: walking through its small streets is an absolute delight! Surrounded by charming local establishments and shops, close to the city's most important museums, it offers an international and cosmopolitan atmosphere.



The apartment:



It is located on the second floor of a small building without a lift. It is an interior apartment but receives plenty of natural light. Quiet and recently renovated, it has been designed to offer its occupants maximum comfort.



It has capacity for 6 people, distributed in a double bedroom, a room with two single beds and a sofa bed in the living room.



The rooms are independent and are separated by the living room and a corridor. Both have a complete bathroom with a shower and have been decorated with great care to create cosy and trendy environments, mixing modern furniture with authentic vintage pieces. The original wallpaper, combined with the blue and yellow of the walls, is simply impeccable.



The living room is ideal: small but well-distributed, it has a wonderful dining table next to the kitchen, very practical, and a rest area next to the television.



There is Wi-Fi internet and partial air conditioning, sufficient to cool or heat the entire apartment.



What a fantastic choice! This apartment does not have private parking. However, you will find a public car park within approximately 200 metres of the apartment.

To be taken into account:



The online check-in is mandatory in accordance with current regulations and must be carried out through the MitHouse app/webapp. During this process, the MRZ band of each guest's identity document will be read to extract the data required by the authorities. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment.



For stays exceeding 28 days, a deposit of €1,000 will be requested, which is refundable at the end of the stay if no damage is caused to the accommodation.



Respect: For the purpose of good coexistence and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment may be equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are obliged to comply with the established rest hours at all times.

Access to the apartment: this apartment is located within the Area called MADRID CENTRAL with restricted access to road traffic. Please note that, to access the apartment by private vehicle, you must have the corresponding approval from the Municipal Traffic Directorate (DGT). Otherwise, you can only access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. Mit House is not responsible for any municipal fine in this regard
