The apartment Piccolo impresses with its good quality furniture, and the low price. Enjoy all the advantages of the holiday complex such as the large outdoor pool, the tennis court, five-a-side football field, playground, garden chess, table tennis, darts, the lockable bike room and the central, quiet location. The center of the main town Gardola (Tignale) with shops and very good restaurants at walking distance, so that you can just forget about your car.

The apartment is roughly the size of a hotel room and still offers all the comforts of a holiday apartment:

Bathroom newly renovated with a large shower (width approx. 1.25 m) and plenty of storage space

Extra high double bed to be able to store bags and suitcases underneath

Mattresses purchased in 2020

Well equipped kitchen for breakfast and snacks (with coffee machine, toaster, egg boiler, kettle, mini oven)

Sat. TV with DVD player Radio also for CDs and USB sticks

Protected, comfortable seating area outside in front of the apartment (without a view of the outside)

Reserved parking space for one car or motorcycle

Additional motorcycle parking space in the underground car park, large enough for a motorcycle trailer

The Piccolo apartment can be booked separately, but also as an additional room to a larger apartment in the holiday complex, e.g. to the apartment Petra, which has five beds and is opposite.



We inform all our guests that our agency manages the rent of Holiday properties. And, as required by law, we do not provide any hotel services. Listed in our accommodations there are the essential supplies we provide to the accommodations : Check in service from 3:00 to 8:00 PM, final cleaning, Bed linen is not provided. No other amenities provided. Thus no food, personal or household hygiene products.
