Set on elevated grounds Margherita Villa Apartment 3 enjoy superb panoramic views of Mellieha Bay and Santa Maria Estate valley.
Forming part of 3 villa units sharing the swimming pool this villa unit has a wrap around terrace where one can enjoy distant seaviews.This large terrace is also equipped with outside table and chairs and also an inviting sofa.
This villa apartment is equipped with free wifi, a communal washing machine, safety deposit box, cable tv with many TV stations, fully airconditioned for total comfort. This facility is optional and is pay as you use by a pay per use meter operated with 1 or 2 euro coins.
On the inside this unit welcome you with an inviting living area and large kitchen equipped with all the necessaries.
A large master bedroom with an ensuite shower together with another bathroom with bath and shower and the 2 twin bedrooms.
All tastefully decorated and attention to detail for all the necessary requirements one would need for a comfortable stay.
The pool area is equipped with sun loungers table and chairs on 2 separate spots, the BBQ and also a shower and toilet facility close by.
Private parking is always available and free of charge on the driveway of the villa.
All in all a very comfortable property awaiting for you to stay!

Fantastic apartment

We had a fantastic holiday staying in this apartment. The apartment itself was excellent and really lived up to the photos and previous reviews. Had everything we needed and the pool was great. Margaret was also great, really helpful both before and during our stay. Would definitely recommend.

A great stay

We were a family of 5 and we spent a great week there. The flat was very clean when we arrived and margaret was very welcoming. She was available at all times and very helpful. The pool was really welcome as it was very hot in july!

Lovely apartment

We loved staying here. Margaret was a great host. Her husband even came to meet us when we got lost! The apartment was clean, light, well equipped, spacious and the bed was super cosy. We even swam in the pool as it looked so tempting! Thank you Margaret for a lovely stay and making our family holiday so special.

Tolles Apartment an perfekter Lage

Wir haben den Aufenthalt von der ersten Minute an genossen. Weil wir nach 21 Uhr angekommen sind, hat Margaret sogar den Kühlschrank mit dem nötigsten Aufgefüllt - Herzlichen Dank! Das Apartment ist sehr geräumig, sauber und TipTop ausgerüstet mit modernen Klimageräten. Achtung: Bei der Ankunft 1 oder 2 Euro Münzen dabei haben um die separate Münzuhr für die Klimageräte zu füttern. Die Kosten halten sich aber in Grenzen (ca. 3 bis 4 Euro pro Nacht wenn alle Geräte laufen. Dieses Apartment ist perfekt mit Mietauto - eigener Parkplatz vorhanden im Anwesen drin. Die Lage für Maltaferien fanden wir optimal. Es ist ca. 35 Min vom Flugplatz entfernt und nur ca. 10 Min Fahrzeit von den schönsten Stränden (Golden Bay). Auch die Fähre nach Gozo ist nur 10 Min. Fahrzeit erreichbar. Wir hatten hier mit unsere fünfköpfigen Familie eine wunderschöne Ferienwoche im Oktober! Es hat alles gepasst! Herzlichen Dank Margaret

Geräumige Wohnung in zentraler Lage

Wohnung ist gut aufgeteilt, alles vorhanden, was man so braucht, der Pool schön mit vielen Liegen, die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und hilft bei allem sofort, die regelmäßigen Busverbindungen erreicht man in ca 7 Minuten zu Fuß, der Sandstrand vor Ort ist mit dem Bus in ca 3 Minuten erreichbar, Restaurants ausreichend vorhanden

Power outage

The power tripped out in the property an number of time. I rented 2 prosperity's on the Island the above being for my adult children. We had to dump all the food from the freezer as it had thawed and refrozen when the power was switched on the next morning.

This was out of my control and I did my best to have the power back on as soon as I got to know…. I think you cannot rate my property only because the power went off as these things happen. As your kids would have seen and know, the property is in good form and nothing is wrong but when storms happen sometimes power is out of control. I quickly took action and was also woken up in the middle of the night to assist with this matter. I am very sorry that this has happened.

Lovely apartment with parking in Mellieha

We stayed at Villa Margherita October 2019. Our lovely apartment was spacious and spotless. Great views from the balcony and my kids loved the pool. Off road parking was a bonus. Plenty of independent shops, supermarkets and restaurants close by. The owner Margaret was warm, welcoming and helpful. A great place to stay.

Amazing place

This apartment was fabulous for the whole family. The place is spotless and Margaret and Joe could not do enough. Very lovely hosts and always there if we needed something. Malta is a beautiful country and staying here was fabulous. Margaret told us all the best places to go with the children and helped us enjoy our holiday to the full. We will definitely be back. Perfect place - lovely and quiet and close enough to everything so you can jump on a bus and pop around the island. If buses don’t suit you then Gino (taxi transfer from the airport) will take you anywhere you want to go. Thanks for an amazing apartment and letting us use your place - we will be back!

Relaxing holiday stay

Margaret’s place is a great spot up in Mellieha. The property is well suited being in a quiet part Of town yet only a few minutes walk To the bus stops, several bars, supermarket, bakery etc and a 10 minute stroll to the centre of town. A car is a great addition to any holiday stay as the property has dedicated off road parking (one spot per apartment) which opens up accessibility to the whole island. The apartments are clean and equipped with everything needed. Just bring pool towels and some Euro coins in change for the metered air con, which was great on very hot summers nights. Margaret is a great host who lives with her family on the top floor of the block - never intrusive but approachable with any issues and always happy to offer directions, recommendations or advice. Numerous beaches within a ten to fifteen minute drive including Mellieha Bay with its each bars and restaurants or small secluded coves with sandy beaches such as Little Amier Bay or Gnejna Bay (both with beach bar/Lidos). Spent a comfortable and relaxing week at the apartment and would happily return again in future.

Ostern 2019

Wir hatten zwei schöne erlebnisreiche Wochen auf Malta. Leider war das Wetter für die Jahreszeit recht kühl und windig, so dass wir den Außenbereich inklusive Pool wetterbedingt kaum nutzen konnten. Dafür bot die Wohnung inklusive der als Heizung benutzbaren Klimaanlage viel Platz. Die Vermieterin war immer sehr hilfreich und freundlich und immer um unser Wohl bemüht, über das Willkommenslunchpaket bei unserer späten Anreise haben wir uns sehr gefreut. Obwohl die Wohnung fußläufig zu Restaurants, Bushaltestelle und Supermarkt liegt, fanden wir ein Auto sehr nützlich um die Insel zu erkunden.

Un très belle appartement !

Appartement conforme aux photos, 3 chambres vraiment bien équipées, il n'y manquait rien. Les deux salles de bain sont fort appréciables pour deux couples, très bonne literie. Cuisine hyper bien équipée pour qui aime cuisiner ! Belle terrasse bien exposée avec vue sur le mer, et à 20 m de la piscine. Balcon avec table et chaises et petit salon en rotin. Le coté piscine est super bien équipé et vraiment agréable. On peut y prendre l'apéro en toute tranquillité à condition de ne pas troublé évidemment la tranquillité du lieu. Proche du centre à pied pour qui aime marché et proche des grandes surfaces et petits magasins de quartier +- 10 minutes à pied. Seul point négatif l'humidité de l'appartement, mais nous sommes en avril et malgré le soleil... Il fait relativement encore frais. Donc pour les frileux prévoir assez d'euros pour le minuteurs qui se trouve dans l'appartement ! Sinon évidemment à conseiller fortement. Note très sympa quand on arrive tard le soir, le petit déjeuner dans le frigo pour le lendemain pour bien démarrer la journée. Merci Margaret une très belle idée !

excellent place for family holidays

We have spent fantastic holidays at Margaret place. Margaret is very friendly and welcoming host. She gave us lots of tips about Mellieha (e.g. shops, local food, how to get around) The apartment itself very spacious (3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and open kitchen/leaving room), well equipped (all you need for cooking is there) and clean. The view from the terrace is just stunning. We also enjoyed a lot the private pool by the house. We will definitely consider to come back here one day. Thank you very much!

Enjoying vacation in Malta, Mellieha

It is a very nice flat, big Rooms and a lot of space for additional beds. There are 3 bedrooms, in which normally fit 2 beds each. In each room including the kitchen is airconditioned. The kitchen and living room are combinated and well-furnished. It has a fast internet Access for free and a television with a dvd recorder. A storey deeper there is a Swimming pool area with sunbeds, the pool is approximately 4mx9m. The bus station, pharmacy, some nice restaurants and a shopping mall called "valyou" is just 5 minutes away from the house. Overall, it is a really nice flat and if you should have a Problem, I believe the hirer will help you for sure.

Amazing apartment for our family stay

We visited the apartment as a family in June for a weeks stay, the apartment was perfect for our stay it had everything we needed and for there was so much space for us all! The apartment is so big and spacious. We were left basics on arrival; bread, eggs, milk which was a lovely touch and was really useful after a day of travelling. The rooms were cool and tidy the aircon was great in the apartment. The pool area was great there was 7 of us using it and there were plenty of sun loungers for everyone, you get good sun in the pool area but also good shade. There are local restaurants and bars and supermarkets within walking distance the location of this apartment was perfect. The host was so helpful she came to greet us during our stay and helped with any questions we had she was also on hand through email if we had any further questions. There is free parking on site. We couldn’t of had a better stay anywhere else, the apartment was amazing value and we look forward to coming back again! It was the perfect stay for a family get away, thank you for having us!!!

Fantastic apartment in Mellieha

Just returned from this amazing apartment. It was beautifully furnished, has a super swimming pool and very convenient to the village. Apartment is very well equipped. Margaret made us feel very welcome, she even left supplies in the fridge for us. The apartment is very modern and spotless. There is a large supermarket nearby and the bus stop is also very close by for buses to anywhere on the island. We will definitely return.

Spacious inside and also the outside.This unit has a seperate entrance and there is no communal entrance.For entering there is a ramp and so very easy to carry the luggage up one floor.
Located in a serene location and at the same time very close to the bus stop supermarket, bars and restaurants
Equipped with all the required daily needs one can ever think of
Airconditioned, free wifi and cable TV with the maximum number of tv stations
Decorated to detail to feel comfortable and relaxed.
The outside space is private on one side of the terrace and is sharing on the pool deck and the other spaces.
Owner is close by and so can be reached very easily if any help is needed.
