Velkommen til Captain's Quarters på Nye Beach! Denne 3 BR | 3 BA luksus villa med havudsigt i Nye Beach er blevet totalrenoveret til din næste kyst getaway.

Den lukkede veranda har en glitrende seks-personers spa, hvor du kan slappe af efter din dag med at udforske eller strandkæmme.

To store soveværelser med havudsigt på første niveau inkluderer et med en queensize-baldakin soveværelse og et privat dæk, gas pejs og chaiselong. Det andet soveværelse har dramatiske karnapper, en stor kirsebærpejs, walk-in-skab og to ekstra lange to enkeltsenge, der kan kombineres som en kingsize-seng.

Great house, great location!

Great house in the heart of Nye Beach. Plenty of room to spread out across the three levels. It was very nice having laundry both on the top and bottom floors. Very responsive hosts.

Family of 4(including 10 month old baby) and dog. Location is perfect. Property needs TLC- it’s been on the market for a while and it shows. I would have liked to give this place a higher rating as requested in the rental agreement. We had an issue checking in as the keypad was broken. Property manager business phone line was disconnected. Cell phone straight to voicemail. Our email was responded to two hours later (almost 9pm) to help us get in. The staff member(s) were professional and did assist us the next morning with door issue. Listing is more quirky than the description details provided-I would not describe this space as “luxury”. The spa was heated when we arrived, however, most of the jets are broken w/sediment on the bottom. With a new walker/crawler, we were happy to find that some of the stairs are blocked off with doors and a nice travel crib was available. The secret game room was fun- except the remote needed new batteries, the record player doesn’t work, and the projector screen is connected to the lights & a movie cannot be watched unless the lights are fully on which makes the screen barely visible. The house layout is ideal for a family group/two families to have space to play and spread out. Most furniture pieces are worn, sunken in, or uncomfortable. We hoped for a better view- it’s not “panoramic”. Deep clean is needed- very dusty light fixtures, baseboards & shelves. Great shower water pressure, however has pink/dirty floor and constant drip.

Fun and functional, nothing fancy.

Cute and quant. Within walking distance to park, beach, coffee and shops. Lots of stairs. Parking is small but the street is available. Fully equipped kitchen. Could use some updates.

Wonderful time in Newport.

Beautiful house, in the best location! The beach is a block away along with many great restaurants and shops! The house was exactly how it was described! It was perfect for our two families and had plenty to do for the kiddos.

Spacious and relaxing

It was great having so much room to play in. The kids loved, loved the secret room - after we found it, that is. It's a secret room hence hard to find ;-) Grandma and Grandpa had the 3rd floor to ourselves and the grandkids had the first floor with the secret room and hot tub for themselves. Needless to say grandpa and I slept very well. Definitely would stay here again. Nye beach shopping area is fun. Had ice cream at B J Ice Cream shop just walking distance away. The beach is actually down a ways along a trail. It's about a 10 minute walk and the path is paved which made it easy to get down. Overall a wonderful relaxing vacation. Thanks

Beautiful property and ideal location.

The property is absolutely beautiful. We enjoyed our stay and all that it has to offer. The location was ideal and in walking distances if shopes and restaurants.

Great place!

This place was wonderful with the exception of a couple admin mix-ups. We got a call 3 hours before our check in time that they accidentally “double booked” and we would not be able to stay that night. They offered a couple of other locations and we ended up staying in the downstairs unit which was a studio. There was not much sympathy for this mix up on their part. Not ideal for a family of 5. We were able to get into our originally booked unit the next day and the next day at 6 pm got a text asking if our kids could please not “pound around” because the downstairs people go to bed early and could we hang out on the third floor…having stayed in that unit the first night, we knew you can hear every little thing down there, however, felt it was in poor taste to ask us to basically not move. Other than these two things we loved this place. Very comfy for a family, super clean and wonderful location.

Delightful getaway

Beautiful house close to nye beach and shops. Parking off street was a plus. Beds super comfortable and nothing beats listening to the sea at night. Would love to stay here again.

Long weekend at the beach

Quick, last minute get away. We brought the dogs and kids. Everyone was happy and had space to hang. Loved the Captains quarter's and the location. Best coffee and coffee cake a block away!

Coast trip

The place has a lovely coastal charm to it and is in a great location. There is plenty to see and do within walking distance. Plenty of space inside with tons to do if you're planning on staying inside.

Great stay in Newport

We really enjoyed our stay, the location is wonderful close to the beach and very good restaurants. All walkable. There was a little confusion on when we would receive the check in information we typically hear a week before. The supplies in the kitchen were adequate. Took a little time to figure out the fans but we did .We definitely would recommend the facility.

Great Location, house layout is a little odd

We wanted to get together in Newport to try the seafood, and that did not disappoint. The house is scenic but not a direct beach/ocean view as the pictures would lead you to believe because there are apartments in the way across from a park directly in front of the residence. The furnishings and overall quality of the residence are great, with a few oddities - the master bed shower/tub is interesting, you would need to be < 5' in height to actually shower in it. The pictures leave you to believe that the hot tub is in a great porch setting; it's actually totally enclosed in a small plexiglass windowed room that you encounter just inside the front door. Would we stay there again? Probably yes.

Amazing Stay at an Amazing Property.

The Weekend we spent celebrating my Mother In Laws 75th Birthday was made even more special by being able spend time together in such an amazing home and perfect location. All three generations thoroughly enjoyed this spectacular property.

Lovely, charming stay for the entire family

My extended family and I all really enjoyed our stay at the Captains Quarters. The home has plenty of space for everyone to have privacy, but also room to gather together in the gorgeous kitchen. It's a quick few steps to the beach and shopping and even a wonderful playground for the kids. We absolutely enjoyed our time here, and the hosts were friendly, responsive and helpful with anything we needed.

Fell short of our expectations

I wanted to love this rental, but I was let down. My family was celebrating my dad's 70th birthday. The rental was clean and had most of the amenities you'd expect for the price. Unfortunately, this was tainted by a few things: an unusable hot tub, concerns about security, and zero communication from the property manager. The hot tub was 82* when we arrived, and did not get above 86*. We followed the instructions to verify it was in the correct mode, but there was no cover so most of the heat escaped into the enclosed porch. For having 'spa' in the title, this was a huge let down. There is another rental below ours with a connecting door. This door was not locked and there was no way to lock it. We didn't know whether somebody was renting this other property but we were not very happy with the possibility of a stranger with easy access to our space including two teenagers sleeping in the room with the door. I emailed the property manager 45 min after we arrived about these issues. No response. The next morning I called the number posted throughout the house and was told that it was the incorrect number. I called the mobile number in the confirmation emails and got a message stating the number was not valid. I still have not received a response. Additionally, the wifi info (both displayed at the home and emailed) wasn't correct, I got connected by using the password off the router. There was no detergent yet we were expected to wash towels, so had to go buy some.

Good location - room to spread out

The location is nice and there is room to spread out. There isn't enough seating in the main living area for four or more people to comfortably watch a show together. But, there a lot of smaller spots if you like to divide up your group. Nice view from the dining area and the upstairs main suite.

Avoid at all costs

My kids and I planned a much needed vacation and booked this house because of its size, hot tub, and wood stove/ fireplaces. The stove on the main floor didn’t work. The tvs are very difficult to work. The hot tub had mold in it. The home has a mold issue. The patio with hot tub is not properly ventilated and the walls are literally covered in mold spores. There is also mold growing on the doormat, and mold on the deadbolt to the front door. We checked in at night, when it was dark and it took me until the next morning to process the severity of the situation. The house smells musty. The windows all had black mold growing in them, and the skylight in the upstairs suite shows signs of a water leak that’s been painted over along with water damage and black mold. Considering I was there with my three children and dog, it was hard to fathom leaving and finding another comfortable place last minute but I saw no other option. I spent an entire day trying to contact the property owner, who was for the most part unresponsive. She finally did send someone over to “clean” the windows but that would not have fixed the mold infested patio, that you HAD to walk through to enter the home. I tried to explain to her that I’m sensitive to mold and needed to leave but she refused to do the right thing and refund my money. Finally, I decided I had no choice but to vacate the house and take my kids to the only place we could find with the kitchen, which was a tiny motel. Dream homes of Oregon was a complete nightmare for us. There’s a reason they offer an industrial size HEPA filter when you are staying at this home.

Awesome 3story house with a very relaxing atmosphere

Property is well located Just a block from Nye Beach, plenty of things to do from walking to Nye Beach, relaxing on the second floor where living room and kitchen to the secret game room. Next time we will enjoy the hot tube.

Newport stay

The house was located in a great spot for our trip. We were at a family reunion and everything was just a short drive. Shopping and site seeing were just minutes in every direction. Only bad thing was all the stairs and lack of television in the room where we all spent most of our time.

Perfect fit for three generations!!

We were in Newport for our first time on the Oregon coast to meet up and vacation with family members that just moved to Eugene/Salem. Our group included two grandparents (top floor primary bedroom suite with the best view suited us perfectly!!), and our two adult kids with their partners, along with one 3 year old grandchild. Having all the kids on the first floor, with the common living space on the middle level is the ideal layout and one that has always worked best for our vacation rentals. The large walk-in closet off one of the bedrooms was even an ideal set up for a toddler to sleep in, as it provided a dark and quiet space for a travel crib setup for mid-day naps and an early bedtime away from the game room. That, along with the great kiddie park right across the street meant that there is always a place to easily have one adult engage any kiddies in the family, while others can watch their playtime while fixing a meal in the large well-equipped kitchen, dining and living space. Add to that the charming coastal decor, three full bathrooms and washer/dryers on two levels, proximity to restaurants and shops, and I can't imagine any group that wouldn't find this rental space a perfect fit!

We bought our first vacation rental as a weekend getaway with our dogs, and loved it so much we decided to open it to other dog-loving travelers who also wanted a getaway.

The home was soon booked up, a movie was filmed on-site, and many guests returned on a regular basis to enjoy the home we loved so much.

Since then, we have stayed in many vacation rentals, with and without our dogs, and have used our stays to develop best practices to welcome our guests on their vacations.

Our passion is to create amazing homes that our guests will love: An amazing location, unique and stylish decor, superb comfort, a calming ambiance, and fun for the whole group.

From anniversaries to family reunions, milestone birthdays, and friends getaways, it is our honor and privilege to help our guests with their vacation accommodations.

Our homes reflect all of the happy vibes from family reunions and the good times our guests have enjoyed.

The Village of Nye Beach is such a unique place. While it has been gentrified and is a popular spot for visitors, it still retains the unique Nye Beach vibe. This is a real neighborhood.

This beautiful home was neglected and sitting empty when we first saw it. We wrote an offer the first day this foreclosure property came on the market. The bank rejected it, and it subsequently went through three auctions.

We kept tracking the property, and eventually bought it at auction,. I feel we were meant to own this home and bring it back to its former glory.

We believe in Nye Beach and are working to renovate homes in disrepair.
