Amazing 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom corner duplex apartment on the the 6th floor of Block A in the Skol Building, in the heart of Marbella. This lovely holiday home has been renovated, and its incredible sea views almost give the impression of being on a ship at sea! Its delightful L-shaped corner terrace enjoys fantastic panoramic sea views from Málaga to Puerto Banus, ideal for breakfast, a romantic dinner under the stars, or sunbathing.

Accommodation comprises: lift access; living/dining room with comfortable sofa bed, flat-screen TV, and sliding doors to the terrace; compact fitted kitchen with serving hatch; full bathroom with shower; stairs to the bedroom area; master bedroom with double bed and floor-to-ceiling windows with sea views; second bedroom with twin beds and doors to a small balcony with sea views; separate full bathroom with shower over bath.

🌐 The apartment has its own Wi-Fi, ideal for working remotely.

❄ Private A/C in the bedrooms and the living room.

🏊‍♀️ Among the Skol's facilities are its three unheated outdoors community pools, open all year round. Sunbeds have a cost of €3 per day, and are occupied on a first-come-first-served basis.

Great location

The location and balcony views were great. The wardrobe space was great. The apartment is modern and has the required facilities. Supply of beach towels is very useful and avoids taking your own. The only negative was the lack of hot water and low water pressure for the shower.

Hot water comes from the community, and they're installing motors to improve the hot water supply, but we're considering with the owner other measures, such as a separate water heater in the apartment. The view from this property did not disappoint. With 180 degree view of the sea. the balcony spaces were great. The kitchen and bathrooms were small but fine. The 3 pools were great if a bit hard to secure seating in the same place for a family of 5 (unless you go down as soon as they open). Parking nearby was not always possible at busy times. The condition of the property was not as good as we thought it would be from the photos. The inside is a bit shabby and needs a repaint. Some of the sockets are loose and there is no main ceiling light in the master bedroom which means you rely on the one bedside lamp and that takes up a socket you might want for other things like charging a phone. The wardrobes had some drawers but some were missing. Overall, we would return as it was such a beautiful view and a nice complex with pools and sunbeds (at extra cost).

ligging was perfect. Prachtig uitzicht over de zee. Appartement was wel erg gehorig. Bij aankomst lagen er al wat drankjes in de koelkast. Tevens waren er vaatwasblokjes en zeep aanwezig. In elke badkamer stond of hing een zeepdispencer. Dit was niet gemeld in de advertentie. Wij hadden eigen spullen bij ons, maar dat was niet nodig geweest. Ook lag er voor elke gast een badlaken om mee naar het strand te nemen. Dit staat ook niet in de advertentie.

A stroll along the palm-fringed Paseo Marítimo has long been one of Marbella’s most special charms. With its views across the Mediterranean to Gibraltar and the Rif Mountains of Morocco, and an endless selection of relaxing beach bars, it is a particularly attractive spot to watch the world go by.

The enchanting Casco Antiguo (Old Town) echoes traditional Andalucía and its rich history; built within the still-standing walls of its Moorish castle, it preserves an undeniable cultural and historic heritage in the face of modern tourism. Its street plan bears the irregular layout characteristic of the Arabic era, although some of its narrow streets lead to plazas designed and built after the Christian Conquest. The Plaza de Los Naranjos (Orange Square), an example of the urban reorganisation carried by the conquerors, hosts the Ayuntamiento (Town Hall), built in the sixteenth century and enlarged in the eighteenth. A stone's throw away stands La Encarnación Church, a stunning temple whose construction dates back to the seventeenth century. The Old Town is a tranquil refuge with a unique atmosphere of blended cosmopolitanism and tradition.

The final cleaning of the apartment is included as long as the apartment is left tidy, without dirty dishes or utensils, and the rubbish is taken out to the street container.
