TerrazzAmare (house "down") by the sea

TerrazzAmare is an exclusive villa on the Gulf of Makari. It consists of two separate houses on the same property: the “upper” house and the “lower” house.
From here, you can enjoy not only an enchanting landscape but also breathtakingly beautiful sunsets.
Guests have access to a spacious garden, featuring typical Mediterranean scrub toward the sea and a splendid pine forest toward the mountains.
The beach is just a short walk away. From our homes, you can reach Baia del Bue Marino—awarded the title of Italy’s most beautiful beach—in just a few minutes on foot. It’s also just a few minutes by car or bike from San Vito Lo Capo, an international destination known not only for its beach but also for the now-famous “Cous Cous Fest.”
There is no shortage of other beach and nature destinations in the immediate vicinity, such as Baia di Santa Margherita and the “Zingaro Nature Reserve.”
The villa is an example of contemporary architecture where interesting design solutions make the interior spaces of the homes unique and enjoyable.
From the outdoor terraces, you can enjoy complete relaxation—during the day, accompanied by the sound of the sea, the sparkling colors, and the scents of the area’s native flora; at night, the absolute silence is dominated by breathtaking starry skies.
Each cottage features an outdoor shower where, after a day at the beach, you can freshen up before enjoying an unparalleled sunset.
A parking area directly connected to the two cottages is available for guests.
