Costa Petra is a luxury seaside family cottage with garden, for summer vacation near Aegean and Olympus. It is brand new, luxurious, with an ecological, modern and austere design, approximately 80 m2, built on an area of 500 m2. Located just 420 meters from a sandy beach (with 3 blue flags) with shallow waters overlooking the blue Aegean Sea, amidst natural vegetation and surroundings, with unobstructed views of lush Kissavos and the majestic Mount Olympus, far from dense construction, crowded and music of seaside Café-Bars.
All rooms, as well as the terrace, are fitted with remote-controlled timer ceiling fans, and there is a water cooler for all the quests.
In the 400 m2 garden with flowers and grass, 2 parking spaces, barbecue, kiosk, garden lounge, sunbeds, hammock, WC with hot water, the view of the stone in combination with the quiet environment of the sparsely populated area, and the prominent soundproofing of the areas, create the conditions for you to rest, in a beautiful setting, in total peace and tranquility, with your privacy first.

I was born and raised in Trikala, Thessaly and studied physical education at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. Today, as in recent years, I work in elementary schools in my area, where I live with my wife and my two daughters.
Those who know me say that I am a smiling, social, dative and kind person.
From a young age I was involved with modeling and other DIY constructions, and for the last 10 years, understanding the stress of daily life and the importance of relaxation, I devoted much of my free time to design and build, an ideal holiday home for my family.
