A beautiful, one-of-a-kind, modern house on the island of Korčula. The house is nestled on a hill in the sunniest, southern part of Korčula, offering breathtaking panoramic views of the sea and the islands of the Lastovo archipelago.
The house’s specific location offers plenty of privacy while you enjoy the sun on the terrace. The entire interior is decorated in a blend of modern and contemporary styles, and the house is fully air-conditioned with international TV channels and internet access. The first floor consists of one double bedroom, a bathroom, a living room, and a fully equipped kitchen leading to a beautiful covered terrace connected to the pool area, which offers an astonishing view of the sea.
There are two double bedrooms and one bathroom on the first floor. The room balconies offer views of the Lastovo Islands, Priscapac, Prizba Bay, and Vinacac itself—an idyllic setting where this vacation home is located. A private parking lot is located at the front of the property. Our little paradise is an ideal choice for those who love a peaceful vacation, but also for those who are a bit more adventurous.
You can enjoy quiet moments, being just two minutes away from the nearest rocky beach, or you can explore one of the hiking trails winding through pine forests and untouched nature. Not far from the house is Ratak Beach, which offers a wide range of summer activities, such as stand-up paddleboarding (SUP), windsurfing, scuba diving, and many others, including a beach bar where, in the summer, you can relax and enjoy a well-deserved cocktail while listening to live music from a local band.
