Enjoy a peaceful stay in this fully renovated Ardennes farmhouse converted into a cottage for 16 people.

This cottage consists of 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. There are two cots, 2 high chairs, and a changing table.

Olivier, the owner, will be happy to advise you on the region.

This cottage is ideal for families. Almost all bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, making group living easier.

On the ground floor, you will find a fully equipped kitchen, a large dining room, and a living area with an open fire and television. A ping pong table is available. There is also a bathroom with a bath, shower, washing machine, dryer, and changing table.

The cottage has a garden and private parking. You can enjoy the outdoors even in rainy weather with the covered annex. An electric car charging point is installed next to the cottage.

The cottage is rented all-inclusive, with mandatory cleaning and bed linen. Please note that you need to bring your own bath towels.

This cottage is located in a typically rural Ardennes village: Filly, between Houffalize and La Roche-en-Ardenne. The tranquillity of the village and its surroundings is important to us, so we do not accept noisy parties and prefer family and friendly groups to enjoy a peaceful holiday. This cottage is not suitable for partying!

You can enjoy breathtaking nature and a beautiful panoramic view of the Ourthe Valley.

In Filly, you can also discover the Europalia monument, a monumental sculpture in pink marble from Portugal, inaugurated in 1991.

The cottage is also located near Nadrin where remarkable sites can be discovered: the Hérou, Le Cheslé, a Roman villa, an 11th-century chapel.

The region also offers many sports opportunities: kayaking, mountain biking, walks, fishing, cross-country skiing, mini-golf, and tennis.
