Apartment in the city centre, new, fully equipped, has a decoration and equipment with special attention to details in design, comfort and technology so you can enjoy your stay without worrying about anything.



It has air conditioning, high speed WiFi, Smart TV, elevator, latex mattresses, viscoelastic pillows, exterior soundproofing, microwave, toaster, coffee maker Dolce Gusto, ceramic hob and all kitchenware.

Located in a quiet area and equipped in the vicinity of essential services such as supermarkets, pharmacies, tobacconists, bookstores and all kinds of shops. Bus stop 20 metres away and tourist train 200 metres away, plus the AVE train station and Metro just 500 metres away.

The apartment has free parking space and is located in the vicinity of the monastery of San Jerónimo and next to the hospital and the church of San Juan de Dios and just 10 minutes walk from the Cathedral.

Nice apartment

The location is great and the apartment is very nice and comfortable. All that you need is there. Free parking is a plus. We had a friendly and professional welcome. Would stay again.

Lovely flat with parking, patio, and nice owner

Attractive and clean one-bedroom flat with a lovely enclosed patio. Located near the Monasterio de San Jeronimo and a short walk to the Catedral, it was relatively easy to find and convenient to sites we wanted to see. While the parking area is very tight, we were glad to have it, given the difficulty of parking in historic city centers.

Great location in the centre, quiet and cozy. Apartment was clean and comfortable, close to the nice restaurants and market. Manager was very helpful with everything. You can live your car on the parking (paid by the host), just 5 minutes walking from the flat. The host greeted us and gave us recommendation for few local restaurants. A+++

Clean, beautiful and upgraded!

The property was perfect. It was clean, well stocked and felt brand new. Our host was super communicative and timely with the check in. Granada was beautiful and the unit was a little off the beaten path and offered some calm and quiet away from the hustle and bustle of the city. My only regret is that we didn’t stay longer.

Modern apartment with good central location

The apartment was modern and well appointed. Our contact, Emilia, was responsive and checked with us daily to be sure we were enjoying our stay. The parking garage is about a 5 minute walk from the apartment. Amenities such as grocery stores and bakeries are a short walk. Access to buses and taxis to sights such as the Alhambra were also within an easy walking distance. The laundry is on the 3rd floor—one machine for the set of apartments, but we had no trouble with availability. There is an elevator. The street noise could be a little loud and you could hear noises from other guests in the hallway, particularly when in the living room. But the bedroom was in the back of the apartment and fairly quiet. Overall, highly recommend for a visit to Granada.

El personal es muy atento, nosotros no necesitamos nada pero estan disponibles para lo que necesites. La tranquilidad de tener parking y ademas estar en una ubicacion tan centrica es maravilloso. Nos movimos andando a todos lados. Nosotros comiamos fuera ,pero esta equipado con todo para hacer tu estancia mas comoda. Las camas super comodas , incluso el sofa cama. Sin duda super recomendable .
