Oplev essensen af paradis i vores øverste etage enhed. Frodige tropiske grunde omgiver to swimmingpools og en tennisbane. Duften af tropiske blomster drev på vinden fra over 50 forskellige vegetationsarter.

Vores opfattelse strækker sig fra South Maui til den eksotiske offshore vulkansk krater af Molokini til West Maui kyst. I hval sæson, det er meget almindeligt at se hvaler fra Lanai. Ved solnedgang, nyde en privat øjeblik og lytte til konkylier blive blæst at indvarsle i aften.

Interiøret er en tropisk indretning med flisegulve i alle værelser. September 2010 var, da vi gjorde en komplet Køkkenombygning.

Om aftenen kan man grille på en af de fire grill placeret ved puljer og "tale story 'med andre gæster og derefter gå tilbage og nyde din aftensmad på Lanai, mens du nyder en solnedgang Maui stil. Vi ved, at hvis du vælger at dele vores 'andet hjem', vil du opleve den uovertruffen ferie i livet.

Paradise

This beautiful home had everything we needed and more. Close to amenities, beautiful pools, nice walk to the beaches. The view from the balcony was exceptional! Highly recommend.

Fantastic Stay!

This unit has stunning panoramic views of the ocean and is very comfortable and clean inside. We saw whales from the balcony daily! The surrounding area is superb as well. We highly recommend booking :)

Hawaii vacation

Absolutely amazing vacation home the view was top notch better than advertised heavily considering canceling a booking we have in November of next year to booking this condo instead everything you need is at your disposal

Perfect For Our Holiday

We loved the location on the island as it was close to the beach and restaurants. The rest of the island was easily accessable as well. The actual condo had everything we needed - the view being at the top of the list. The actual property was incredible - filled with native flowers and plants. It really was a week of our own little paradise.

Nice Condo In A Great Location With Amazing Oceanview

We recently returned from a 10 day trip to Kihei and we are very pleased that we chose this condo to stay in. Plenty of space for what we needed, a well stocked kitchen and the view from the balcony is amazing - we saw whales going by on a few occasions and beautiful sunsets! Its also nice to have a designated parking space. The communication with Lynette was great and instructions for the condo were easy to follow. We will definitely stay here again, if its available, when we return to Maui.

Everything you need and the best location!

Everything you need and more! We loved our stay here. We didn’t cook but the kitchen had everything you would need to do so. The beach chairs, cooler, beach towels, and umbrella were so great to have! We’ve stayed at several places before and this was by far the cleanest and most equipped place we’ve stayed. The location is ideal,..the beach is literally across the street and plenty of stores and restaurants within walking distance. The view was also amazing! Will definitely stay here again.

Great location and view!!

This condo is in the heart of Kihei and in walking distance of great beaches and close to many places to eat. Condo is well appointed and great for enjoyment away from town. Perfect for a single travelers as well as couples.

Everything at Your Fingertips

The unit has everything you’d need to cook or snack! I found a 2quart pitcher for my water flavor packets as well as a nifty measuring cup. Be sure to open all cabinet doors to find hidden helpful treasures. Everything was perfect. It happened to be very warm, high 80s and 90s. For us the one window AC unit wasn’t enough to reach the bedroom. Lynette does supply two high powered fans as well as ceiling fans which helped.

Anniversary vacation

We've been staying at Lynn's condo since 2002, it's like coming home everytime. The top floor condo has awesome ocean views where you can watch whales and sunsets from the lania. The location is wonderful. Everything you could want or need is within walking distance.

WE LOVE THIS PLACE!

This is our second time staying at Lynnettes condo and we will stay again! We are 65 and 70. We stayed for 2 weeks. First, it is lovely. Decorated nicely, plenty of room for 2, but it does accommodate 4. Very well stocked with anything we needed, plus. Very clean. The Bed is fantastic. A sleep number and so comfortable. Love having a washer and dryer in the unit. There was an air conditioner but we never needed it. The communication with Lynnette was great, although everything is set up so you don't even need any help. The gals in the front office were so kind and very helpful also. You could feel their Aloha Spirit. The condo is in the back of the complex so its very quite. I also can say the grounds are very well kept and beautiful. A real source of pride. The pool is a nice place to take a book and chill, and having the grills right there is so nice. The view and the sunsets are breathtaking. This is the top floor, or penthouse as we like to call it. We also saw whales from the lani. So cool. The cooler and beach chairs are a wonderful bonus. We love to sit on the lani and have a glass of wine and watch the sunset. There is a great shade you can pull down if it gets too warm in the afternoon also. We also love staying here as it is walking distance and central to shopping, restaurants, and the beach. Right across the street. Free parking is also a bonus. It has a book shelf with tons of books, a cd player which was great, as my husband went to a goodwill and got some beautiful Hawaiian music to play on it. You cant go wrong with this place. Like I Said, we will be back, next time for a month! One other thing. I needed to have some weights and foam roller to use for my back, and i was able to send them to the complex via Amazon, and they were n the unit when we got there! It save me a trip to the gym every other day. Thanks Lynnette for accommodating me! Mahalo nui loa🌴 🌴

Wonderful!

It was a fantastic time! Our family enjoyed staying at Lynette's so much! First, the location is literally a few minutes from the beach. Second, the view from the 6th floor balcony is breathtaking. Watching sunsets from there was unbelievable. We could see whales in the ocean from the apartment. Third, the apartment itself had absolutely everything we needed for a perfect stay at the ocean. We are very grateful to Lynette and would love to be back to Kihei, Maui, sometime in the future!

Ocean Views & Beach Across the Street

We have stayed at Kihei Akahi condos many times over the years and this updated unit was an excellent choice! It offers expansive ocean views and is a short walk to a great beach. It's also walkable to a variety of shops and restaurants. The owner was an excellent communicator and the property is well cared for.

Wonderful experience!

This property has gorgeous views of the sunset and is cozy and well stocked. Check in was a breeze. The bedroom gets quite hot and humid as the AC doesn’t really keep that room cool, but the living room and kitchen area was always comfortable. Walking distance to the next snorkeling in Maui. Clean unit with everything we needed. Perfect for two people. Everyone respected quiet hours which was nice. This was our first ever trip to HI and we already can’t wait to come back!

Great place in great location

We enjoyed our 5 day stay at the condo. We hope to stay here next time we come to Maui. The kitchen was fantastic with everything we needed (although we didn't cook but did eat take-out). The washer/dryer was very much appreciated as well as the beach chairs and umbrella for our use. The lanai was fantastic-we ate our breakfast there every morning. It has a great view and looks over the nice pool. Very nicely maintained grounds. Walking distance to a lot of small shopping centers and restaurants. Comfy bed. Bathroom on the small side. We never needed to contact the property manager because everything was fine.

Great Maui Stay

We had a wonderful time staying in this condo. It was a great location within walking distance of beaches, stores, and restaurants. We had a beautiful view of the ocean from the lanai. It was so nice to have somewhere to come relax after playing all day in the sun.

Gem in South Kihei

PROs: beautiful ocean views, nicely updated unit, great location across from a beautiful beach and my favorite restaurant (coconuts!), love the in-unit washer/ dryer, designated parking, 2 pools with grills, tennis/pickle ball courts available for sign up, it’s a great home base for relaxing and exploring the island. CONs: bedroom got hot as AC was only in the living area (there are great ceiling fans though), toilet/shower area was a bit tight but functional

Great location!

This condo was the perfect location on the island and made getting anywhere easy. The condo itself was spacious, clean and stocked with everything we needed. I’d highly recommend!
