Dear Peter Thank you for your feedback. We apologise for the inconvenience you experienced with the TV reception during your stay. The maintenance contractor did visit and identified that the issue was due to the two aerials being connected together, we were not advised the property required a new aerial. Unfortunately, there may have been some miscommunication, and we have reminded our team of the importance of following up and checking in with guests to ensure everything is resolved. We’re sorry this issue was not fixed during your stay and understand your frustration. Thank you for bringing this to our attention, we will take steps to prevent this from happening in the future. Please accept my sincere apologies for any issues you experienced at the property and that it was not 100% as it should have been for your arrival. We take any issues of cleanliness & maintenance very seriously. you However, they should be 100% clean and ready for your arrival so I am very sorry if this was not the case for stay. There are processes and procedures in place so it is very disappointing that areas have been overlooked by the cleaning company. Kind Regards 2cHolidays
