NYLISTE !! NANTUCKET-STIL MED PEAK-A-BOO VANDSYN
Dette nyligt opførte 2 soveværelser (plus et futonværelse), 2. 5 badeværelser hus beliggende tæt på Kanaka Bay, er et perfekt tilflugtssted at slappe af og forynge på San Juan Island.

Dette charmerende hus har et fuldt udstyret køkken, to udendørs dæk og en 0. 25 hektar stor græsplæne. En gasbbq er til rådighed til at tilberede Westcott Bay østers, mens man ser solen gå ned fra dette vestvendte hus. Nyd den dejlige udsigt med din morgen kop kaffe, og find muligvis nogle hvaler fra den private soveværelse veranda.

Indretningen af de to soveværelser ovenpå gør det føles som om der er to mestre med separate badeværelser knyttet. Dette gør det også ideelt til to par med en mulig yngre rejsende.

Perfekt beliggende ned ad en meget privat vej kun få miles fra centrum af Friday Harbor. Resten af denne 1. 5 hektar store ejendom er dækket med frodig, naturligt voksende vegetation, hvilket tilføjer følelsen af privatliv. Medbring dine cykler for at rejse fra ejendommen ud til vestsiden og Lime Kiln Fyrtårn, som er et godt sted for en solnedgangscocktail med en chance for at se nogle hvaler, marsvin, sæler, havløver og skaldet ørne !!

This is such a charming place to stay! It was so quiet, comfortable and easy to access. The place was clean and well stocked with great communication from the host. We definitely recommend and would stay again.

The property was beautiful, photos were an accurate representation of the home.It was great for a family with children. Plenty of space to spread out and enjoy yourself and enjoy the sunshine through the windows. Nice yard and quaint neighborhood. The bedrooms were adjoining by a pocket door which we were not aware of, but locked if you wanted separation or privacy. Only feedback would be to add a blind/shade to the door in the master bedroom leading to the back patio. The sun comes through the door and lets a lot of light in early in the morning. Was also were unable to find a plunger anywhere, had to purchase our own. All in all, it was a great place to stay and enjoy the island while still having some peace and quiet!

We stayed for a week with friends who had never been to SJI. We had a great stay, it was quiet, clean, and comfortable. Thanks for hosting us.

Family Trip

Came to island to visit family. This house was perfect for the family. Great location, clean and everything was well thought out for guests. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice, comfortable home with great yard

Great house with well-stocked kitchen, comfortable rooms and nice back yard for game playing. The location was great, but a little far down a dirt road, other than that, perfect weekend getaway!

San Juan Island

My sister and our husbands had a wonderful vacation in the Kanaka Bay Cottage. The location was perfect - 15 minutes from everything we wanted to explore and in 5 days we did and saw everything that we had hoped to. The house was absolutely charming and immaculate. It was so cozy and comfortable. We would stay again and recommend it to anyone. Thank you for a great vacation!

With young kids and being light quite late we would recommend some blinds or blackout curtains for at least one of the bedrooms. We were awoken one night by a mouse or rat running in the walls but other than that it was a great place!

The property is secluded and surrounded by greenery with plenty of windows to bring in the natural light and enjoy the scenery. The house was very clean and well stocked and the beds were comfortable (supportive and soft!). An outdoor hammock would have been incredible to enjoy the sun, breeze, and gentle sounds of nature here.

It's about a 15min drive to the countryside from the busy Friday Harbor and a very nice secluded location. There are plenty of wild flowers all around the house, something we really enjoyed. This is an ideal place to relax and unwind. The house was very clean and had pretty much everything we needed for our stay.

Great House, Area, and Stay!

We had a wonderful stay here! The house was impeccably clean and comfortable, and the area was private and quiet. While the yard looks quite a bit bigger in the listing photos than it actually is, there was still plenty of space for my daughter to run around. There was some pretty serious roadwork being done so it took a little longer to get to/from Friday Harbor, but without that it would have been a quick drive. We didn't need to contact the property manager, but they proactively contacted us to let us know we could check-in early. You can tell they pay attention to detail, as they even supplied two propane tanks for the grill. I would stay here again and highly recommend that you do as well!

We had a group of 4 and it was more than enough - large beds, many seating areas, more than enough restrooms, and nice touches like games and books (note you cannot use the fireplace). It is a short drive to Lime Kiln park, and I appreciated the privacy and serenity of the area.

It's a great launching spot to explore the islands...down a winding road, quiet and private. Clean, good location, nicely appointed. Only drawback - the water view is pretty small and from the second floor (stated in listing). Overall we recommend this house!

It would be nice to have for first morning to enjoy the outside decks. It was a little off the beaten path but not knowing the island we weren’t sure if it’s location to everything. Still a great stay. The owners take very good care of the property.
