This home features two spacious, comfortable bedrooms, each equipped with its own Alexa: a master bedroom with a king-size bed and a guest room with two double beds. Additionally, there is a beautiful flow between the indoor and outdoor spaces; the kitchen and living room, with their double-height ceiling, lead out to the small but cozy pool area, surrounded by a gorgeous little garden. Enjoy relaxing in this large common room after a day at the beach with family or friends. In terms of transportation, there are 2 bikes available, as there’s a bike path that runs from Aldea Zama to the beachfront, the boutique hotel zone, the archaeological sites, and Tulum town—all within biking distance, along with many restaurants.

Check-in is usually at 3 PM and check-out should be before 11 AM; however, if you need to check in earlier, please let us know and we will try to accommodate your request depending on availability.

We’re happy to let you know that final cleaning is included, but if you’d like daily housekeeping during your stay, it can be arranged for an additional charge of $400 pesos per day.
Extra towels, pillows, or blankets are available—please don’t hesitate to ask for them. In addition, we can provide an air mattress for an additional fee if there are more than 6 of you.
