Welcome to our home!

The property is close to popular attractions such as Coliseu do Porto, Rotunda da Boavista and Praça da Ribeira. It is located 600m from Livraria Lello, 800m from Igreja dos Clérigos and 900m from Avenida dos Aliados.

It has a shared kitchen and living room; all rooms include a wardrobe, flat-screen TV and private toilet.

The nearest airport is Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport, 10 km from the property.

Guests will have the entire place for themselves during the stay.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

Porto is an amazing city to explore on foot, with many attractions within walking distance. The home is ideally situated in a prime spot, surrounded by endless choices for drinks and dining. Enjoy the local cuisine and several international restaurants as well!

This is a self check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€ included.

Central & Affordable

The accommodation was clean and nice. Check in process was smooth. The area was so central to everything (walking distance) with lots of shops around. The housekeepers were pretty much there to restock or clean if needed. Only 2 things: 1) the picture of the room made it seem like it was quite huge, however it is a bit small but you can get around. 2) if you’re a light sleeper or just cherish your sleep, be aware the walls are so thin. We didn’t sleep well due to the person staying above us making so much noise. Every footsteps she made was like she was stomping. Otherwise, if not for the sleep disturbance, it’s a very nice place to stay.

Déçus par le bruit la nuit dans le logement

Malgré de bons équipements et une déco peaufinée, l'hébergement a un ENORME probleme d’isolation phonique en interne. Nous déconseillons fortement la chambre 2 du bas. Nous entendions autant la personne du haut dès qu’elle faisait quelques pas que ceux qui empruntaient le couloir pour aller dans cuisine (parquet qui craque à vous reveiller la nuit). Un désastre pour le sommeil ou nous nous sommes fait reveiller 3 à 4 fois par nuit… Vraiment dommage pour une nuit à 75€ ! Autant choisir un hébergement plus centré avec les memes contraintes. Lors d’un premier message, j’avais l’information que nos bagages pouvaient être gardés dans le logement lors de notre arrivée matinale. En demandant la confirmation la veille de l’arrivée , on m’a dit sue ce n’était possible et qu’il fallait les déposer dans une bagagerie privée.

Amazing experience

I enjoyed the place the whole time! The fan kept us nice and cool and the area was so nice! Although you can hear the floor boards creaking outside the room and even upstairs. Other then that an excellent stay!
