Thank you for your review. We're pleased you enjoyed the Oasis Club facilities, swimming pool and service. We would, however, like to clarify several points for the benefit of future guests, as some of the comments do not accurately reflect our published rental terms or the services provided. Our homes are offered on a **self-catering basis**, which is clearly explained in our rental terms, provided to guests before arrival. Complimentary starter supplies include a new roll of toilet tissue in every bathroom, a paper towel roll, trash liner, dishwasher tablets and soap. Additional consumables, including laundry detergent, trash bags, toiletries and food products, are the responsibility of guests throughout their stay. Condiments, cooking oils and other food products are not supplied for hygiene and safety reasons. Our terms also explain that washcloths and dishcloths are not provided, that guests should launder towels as needed, and that trash must be properly bagged and placed outside for collection. These are standard practical arrangements for a privately owned, self-catering vacation home. **We particularly wish to correct the statement regarding the cleaning fee.** At no point do our rental terms state that floor cleaning is excluded. Our professional housekeeping service includes the normal cleaning and preparation of the entire home, including floors, bathrooms, bedrooms, kitchens and living areas. The terms simply explain that excessive mess, food debris or unusually heavy soiling may result in additional cleaning charges. This is an important distinction. Regarding the mattresses, comfort preferences are naturally subjective, although we appreciate your feedback and will review the concerns raised. Our rental terms and pre-arrival instructions are detailed to provide transparency, protect the property and ensure guests understand what is included before their stay. We encourage everyone booking a self-catering vacation home to review these provisions carefully to ensure the accommodation meets their expectations.
