Hi Colin, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We’re sorry to hear that you were unwell during your stay and hope you’re feeling better now. We’re glad our team could promptly resolve the issue with the front door for you. It’s great to hear that you found the bed comfortable and appreciated the convenient location and value of our property. We also appreciate your feedback on the lounge and will look into ways to make it more comfortable for future guests. We hope to welcome you back soon for a healthier and more enjoyable stay! Best Wishes, The Luxury Coastal Team.

Hi Chris, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review regarding your recent stay. It’s wonderful to hear that you had a great time overall. We’re delighted that you found the accommodation spacious and generally clean. However, we apologize for any oversight regarding the sofa and oven. We’ll ensure a thorough cleaning to make them sparkle for future guests. The log fire and hot tub are indeed perfect companions after a day of exploration. There’s something magical about unwinding by the fire or soaking in warm waters under the open sky. Your feedback about the kitchen is valuable. We’ll take note of the need for better-equipped utensils and consider expanding the kitchen essentials. After all, self-catering should be a breeze! A jet wash for the garden patio is on our to-do list. Freshening up the outdoor space ensures that guests can fully enjoy the surroundings. We appreciate your observation about the chlorine level in the hot tub. Striking the right balance is crucial for the safety of our guests and they are checked when filled. While the sofa is functional, we’ll explore ways to enhance its comfort. On the bright side, the beds have received your seal of approval – clean, fresh, and oh-so-comfortable! In summary, we’re thrilled that you felt comfortable and relaxed during your stay. Your feedback helps us fine-tune the experience for future guests. Best wishes, The Luxury Coastal Team
