Quiet villa

A comfortable semi-detached house located within the Baia Vignola residential complex, about 1 km from the town of Vignola Mare (in the municipality of Aglientu) with its beautiful, expansive beaches, reachable by car in just a few minutes and on foot in about 15 minutes, where you’ll find a supermarket, a drugstore, a deli, a hair salon, a butcher shop, and several restaurants and pizzerias.
The house is a detached home, suitable for families with children, located in a quiet area facing a small square where children gather to play in the evenings.
It is laid out over two levels: the living area with a living room and TV, a kitchenette with a dishwasher and microwave, a fireplace, a storage closet, and a bathroom. The kitchen is functional and well-equipped.
The sleeping area is located on the lower level; it is bright, cool in the summer, and quiet.
It includes 3 bedrooms, a bathroom, and a laundry area. The master bedroom, where a crib can be added, a small bedroom with two twin beds, and an additional bedroom with a double bed.
Both bathrooms are spacious and equipped with a sink, shower, toilet, and bidet.
Outside, there is a spacious front patio with a barbecue area, a sun deck, and a covered dining area, as well as a second veranda at the back with a small garden for relaxing.
Bed linens and towels are available upon request, and small pets are welcome.
