Great place to stay

Use of the golf cart is invaluable. Made the stay so much more comfortable. The house is clean and quiet with amazing view. Would definitely stay here again.

Charming with beautiful view!

We loved our stay at this charming vintage home in the hills. Having access to a golf cart was awesome and you cannot beat the view!

The view was phenomenal, we enjoyed the use of the cart, but the unit needed a deep cleaning. All the furnishings showed excessive wear and use. The master shower needed a nonslip mat, which we discovered the hard way.The rental office provided a mat when requested.Two richity stairways to reach front door. Lots of “stuff” everywhere.

The views were wonderful! Beds were comfortable, but the pull out couch and, most of the furniture really, is old and very uncomfortable. Having a golf cart available to use was so much fun, but the home is within walking distance to everything as well. Besides the uncomfortable furniture the place was not very clean. Lots of dust, hair in bathrooms, dishes and utensils were grimy and needed to be washed before using.

We absolutely loved our stay here! It was perfect for our three night vacation. The view was amazing and in walking distance of most places. But having the golf cart available at any time was huge.

Comfy little home in a convenient location

The house suited our needs perfectly and having a golf cart waiting for us was especially convenient. Nice little place and easy to see the ferries coming in.

Catalina Island Getaway

We stayed at this property for 2 nights and we enjoyed the view and also the golf cart. The property was just as pictured. There were 4 of us so we were able to have a nice dinner using the barbecue.

Poorly maintained house. The house was dirty and Kitchen ware was filthy. Staff who assisted with check-in was not friendly at all.

Amazing view

First off the property manager is the one of the nicest down to earth people you will ever meet. My family and I arrived earlier than check in and he accommodated us. The view there is spectacular! The place was clean and had everything you need. The golf cart worked great and was such a blessing to have as a bonus!! I would absolutely stay here again!

Good Location

Good location, close to the main street so easy to walk and the golf cart made it even easier. Would have been helpful to have more instructions for the golf cart and where to find extra items in the house. Sofa was dirty and sofa bed was pretty uncomfortable so should perhaps be listed as only two beds. Two bathrooms were useful to have as well.

Nice, cozy vacation rental with a phenomenal view of the town. You are greeted by a friendly outdoor cat whenever you step outside the property. The rental was more than enough space for 4 adults, although the guest shower/bathroom is definitely a bit small. There were only a few towels/TP included, but they got the job done across a 3-day stay. The included golf cart was extremely helpful to navigate the town. I would recommend this rental for anyone looking for a lowkey, cabin-like vibe!

Great home with a Cat greeter

We were greeted warmly by a very affectionate, large kitty we named Chonkers. Pictures of the house online are pretty accurate, the view there is amazing, the rooms were small and home is on the older side. Lighting was poor in the bedrooms. The golf cart was a huge plus.

Beautiful view

Let me start by saying, the view is beautiful. I would definitely not recommend this home for someone with small kids. It’s on a very steep hill and they have several flights of stairs to walk up to your unit. I did expect the unit to be a little cleaner but over all we still had a nice visit. The golf cart was also a definite plus!

Better then expected

This rental is fantastic. It’s an older home filled with charm and very comfortable. It’s hilltop location allows for gorgeous ocean views. This place is a very easy walk to the beach and town. It is on a hill so the walk back is pretty steep but the rental includes a golf cart so you have that option as well. The golf cart was a huge bonus to this property, it made everything easy and allowed us to explore more of the area. There is also a unit below this rental which we had family members in rent and it worked out great. The rental company was very helpful and responsive as well. We would definitely stay here again.

Great stay overall, and the golf cart made this 100% worth it. Only complaint is that the listing said it came with a travel crib, but when we arrived they said we had to pay extra to have it. Also, don’t count on sleeping on the pull out couch as it’s very old and you can feel every coil springing through the mattress— this made it unusable. That aside, the property was great and the views were spectacular.

We enjoyed our stay in this hillside rental. Amazing views, as depicted in photos, of the harbor from the living room and balcony! Check in process was smooth. The golf cart was wonderful to have full time use of, for exploring, grocery runs, and shuttling teens to the beach and zipline park, etc. Thanks to the owners for extra tips on parking and location of gas station. We would stay here again! Kitchen was stocked, but a few helpful tips for the owners would be, could not find potholders, and an extra roll (or two) of paper towels would be a benefit. Oven was a bit tricky to figure out and cooked unevenly (burns on the bottom), so just be aware when using. Otherwise it was a nice time on the island, thanks!

The best parts of this property are the view, the golf cart, the resident cat and pretty comfortable beds The property itself is poorly maintained, old and dated. Not much care is taken for the outside, tons of leaves, cobwebs and weeds in the yard. Broken living room furniture and sloppy slip covers on the couch, dirty pots and pans put back in the cupboard, dirty walls and windows that don't close properly. Couldn't figure out how to get the oven to turn on and no dishwasher so guessing if the dishes were really clean. Feedback for the Management Company, a bit more information about how to get from the ferry to the home would probably be very appreciated by guests as this is up some pretty steep hills which isn't super easy if you have a lot of/or heavy luggage.
