Amazing property with incredible views of the coast. The property was clean to a high standard and we were a le to check in slightly early thanks to the host being very accommodating. Would definitely recommend. .

The outside space where you spend most of the time was superb (great view, pool, hot tub and loungers/ settees). Villa is well equipped. Zoran always available. Ferry to Trogir regular from bottom of steps, where you can jump in clear blue sea. What’s not to like

Zoran was a very responsive host who made us feel very welcome! The villa is amazing, especially the outdoor area with pool and amazing views over the beautiful sea. We loved sitting and watching the boats in the bay. The villa is conveniently situated, less than 20 minutes drive from the airport and close to the gorgeous town of Trogir. The camping site next door to the villa allows for use of amenities such as beach cabanas and an inflatable obstacle course on the water (at additional cost). There are also bars, restaurants and an ice cream shop on the site meaning you can use those facilities but return back to your own luxurious space. There is a jetty just at the bottom of the hill with options to take boat trips (we recommend the blue lagoon) and a water ferry which will take you to Trogir.Overall, the villa allowed our family a comfortable, spacious and private space to enjoy our holiday. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend!

High standard and well equipped house, nice location, and perfect garden with pool, sunbeds, and dining area. Zoran is a great host - very helpful and responds fast to questions. I really recommend staying here!

Absolutely fantastic Villa with beautiful views. Great access to Trogir with the little ferry running several times a day. Will definitely be back!

Lovely villa in a great location, car not required but unsuitable for elderly/toddlers due to many steps. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Lovely Villa for families with teenage kids

Fantastic villa for families with teenage kids. Great space indoors and out plus good location. Only reason rating not 5* is that the Wifi was poor (although phone reception was good for using data) and TV is German channels only.

We had a great time in the villa where both children and adults of different ages enjoyed themselves very much. Clean and fresh. Spacious with many bedrooms and beautiful patios with fantastic views. Near the sea where we could both swim and take a boat taxi to Trogir. Good opportunities to cook in the house but also Trogir, where we took Uber or Bolt, offered many restaurant experiences. The host was very nice and answered our questions quickly.

Amazing villa overlooking the sea and islands. All you needed and more. Well positioned to walk to bakery and shop in the village and a few bars and restaurants. Sea taxi to Trogir and hire of SUPs are available at the beach around 200 meters away. We would definitely go back to this villa.

Villa with Stunning Views

The photos do not do this villa justice. It is located in a quiet neighbourhood with the most stunning views from every window. The outside space is beautifully landscaped, making it a perfect place to enjoy the pool, hot tub and al fresco dining area. There are cafes, restaurants, bars, ice cream parlours, bakeries, mini-markets and water sports within easy walking distance and the water-taxi to Trogir is a must. The only small negatives would be that the towels, bed linen and the curtains in the master bedroom could be better quality so that they are more in-keeping with the otherwise 5 star experience.

Just back from the most amazing stay at this villa. Great location, just a short walk from the villa down to the coastal path, where there were restaurants, bars and ice cream shops. A 8 minute walk to other restaurants and little grocery shop. There is a ferry to Trogir which we used to go and explore Trogir. There is also a water park (inflatables on the sea) within walking distance of the villa too.The Villa was spotless, beautifully decorated and looked after, and had everything we needed. We had lots of family giggles in the lovely heated pool. There were plenty of sunbeds and lovely shaded outside areas. The view of the sea from the villa was fabulous, so much to watch.The Host, Zoran was very helpful, great communication, he provided suggestions for restaurants and a speedboat company – which we took up and had a fun day out.We would definitely recommend this villa for your future holidays.

We, a family of five with our Dachshound had the most wonderful time, one can imagine. The photos of the property exactly show you, what it holds in advance, I‘ll only write about my personal highlights: 4 bedrooms with a wonderful view, balconies and 3 bathrooms, two en-suite, a lovely and heated (28 degrees) pool, a real jacuzzi with a view to the sea, very comfortable and fairly enough sunbeds, a lovely garden with palm, olive and grapefruit trees and beautiful flowers and diverse plants. You only had to walk down some stairs along a short path directly to the sea where you can go swimming in crystal clear and clean water. By the way, house and garden were neat and tidy when we arrived. Access to the house and communication with the host were really easy and always warm and friendly. Even the neighbours are such nice people who welcomed us with a basket of fresh clementines directly from their tree. I‘ve felt like in a dream, a very good dream. I could go on praising like this, I can only recommend visiting and we‘ll definitely come back. Seget, the village itself, is quite quiet in autumn, what I actually appreciate. A 10-minutes-car drive away or you can go by water taxi very near to the house, is Trogir, a very nice ancient town with lots of bars and restaurants and shops. Split is also worth visiting, a 45-minutes-car-drive.

Lovely Family Reunion

We were reuniting with family and friends from Australia, England and Canada. We had a lovely time in the villa which was perfect for us. The main attraction has to be the outside space with beautiful views over the sea. There was plenty of space for 7 adults to lounge around the pool, sit and chat on the veranda and eat together in the evening with the BBQ in action on a couple of evenings. The hot tub was very welcome in the slightly cooler evenings in late September. There are lots of steps both inside and out and the stairs would probably not suit anyone slightly infirm. If hiring a car - make sure they are small! The beach/promenade area below the villa was really well maintained and was great for a stroll and a sundowner overlooking the sea. One of our party ran into trogir on a couple of occasions and felt perfectly safe doing so. The little ferry was also a lovely way to get into Trogir for an evening out. The restaurant Konoba Kamenica in the small marina was lovely - but they don't take reservations so you have to get there early! All in all, a lovely place to stay. Thanks Zoran!

A great house with the most fabulous views

This villa is spotlessly clean and very well maintained set within beautiful grounds with the most amazing views across the sea. It is perfectly equipped and very spacious with plenty of room for our group of 4 adults an 3 teens to spread out inside and out. The pool area is lovely with chairs and loungers all around, in and out of the sun, all taking advantage of the views. The location is ideal with small supermarkets, bakery, restaurants and bars within an easy walk. Wander down the steps to the sea where you can swim; jump off the jetty; hire watersports kit at very reasonable prices; take the water taxi to Trogir; eat; drink; lounge - bliss! We loved the fact it was only 20minutes to Split airport, 10 minutes to Trogir and an hour from Krka National Park. Although the property is surrounded by other residences it is very quiet and peaceful. Minor points of note - We found the stairs inside the house to be steep and shallow in tread depth so you do have to be careful walking down - flip flops are a definite trip hazard! All windows and doors have shutters except the master bedroom which only has sheer curtains allowing the daylight in from the early hours - not good for light sleepers

Wir waren 1 Woche mit unseren Erwachsenen Kinder, Partnern und Enkelkind (10 Monate) in Zorans fantastischem Haus zu Gast!Die Lage, der Ausblick und die Ausstattung ließen keine Wünsche offen. Es war für uns das perfekte Haus!Die sypathische Kommunikation zwischen Zoran und uns war über Whatsapp einfach und direkt.Dieses Haus ist seit mehreren Generation im Besitz von Zorans Familie. Deshalb ist dieses schöne Haus für Zoran mehr als nur Business.Umso schöner ist es, dass wir es für 1 Woche mieten durften.Der schöne Pool, der zusätzliche Whirlpool, Klimaanlage überall im Haus, Barbecue outside, 3 Badezimmer, Kinderbett und Hochstuhl für das Baby und und und...Einfach klasse!Vielen Dank Zoran und Familie

Schöne Aussicht in Seget Vranjica

Uns hat alles gefallen. Die Aussicht war top. Pool war schön. Das Meer ist richtig warm gewesen. Etwas ruhigere Städchen, aber Trogir ist in der Nähe. Parkmöglichkeiten ist da, nur wenn ihr mit einem Box auf dem Auto anreist, wird’s eng. Sonst ist alles da was man benötigt. Wir waren zufrieden.

En vecka i juni

Perfect villa near Trogir

Lovely villa as advertised Great living space indoors and out. Nice to chill by pool and gorgeous view but water sports and water taxi into Trogir 2 min walk. There’s a couple of restaurants/ bars and take away beach front but venture in to Trogir Old Town by water taxi - very special Easy to visit islands too -good base to explore Car advised. Great villa, great location and great stay! Thank you Zoran -highly recommend.
