We are happy to know that you enjoyed your time at the villa & cherished the welcome pack from the owner and the treats provided upon arrival. We are sorry to hear that your experience with us was not as expected & that you had to wait longer for your check-in. Indeed, one of the five residences was still being prepared upon your check-in at 16:00, due to unexpected and unforeseen circumstances. At the same time, the four residences for the part of the group that arrived upon your check-in were perfectly cleaned and ready for you to enjoy right away. In addition, we appreciate you missing the one outdoor sitting area under the olive tree, although the furniture was removed from that specific location as the watering of the grass underneath it would only result in damaging it. As for the grass itself, it is of course mowed regularly when guests are not present, for their better convenience, due to the noise of the mowing machine. A welcome pack is always provided to our guests - courtesy of the owner - and it includes all essentials for the first few days, as per the utmost comfort of our guests. Once our guests have used the provided items, they are more than welcome to restock with whatever they need by visiting the local store. We are also always available for our guests, and we welcome the opportunity to be of further assistance while you are still here. Last but not least, the check-out procedure for you and your loved ones, arranged at 11:00, requires that the host arrives a few minutes earlier to inspect the villa & make sure you have everything you need before you depart & best assist you throughout. We must say we are a bit surprised, as we were under the impression that you had a lovely holiday escape and our villa was of your preference based on our communication during your stay. All in all, we truly value your feedback, as our ultimate goal is to offer our guests an exceptional experience, and they are the ones who make us better every day.
