The property was really beautiful. Every room looked even better than what the pictures showed. The beach access was definitely questionable to locate and further away than described. We would probably stay here again.

Best vacation with the family, first time being away for a Holiday!

House in the lake

This property was perfect for our family outing. Very spacious and sitting on the lake was the topping on the cake. If we're ever visiting this area again, I would definitely book this gorgeous home.

INCREDIBLE!!

What a stunning home in a lovely neighborhood. We vacationed with 3 generations of our family and there was plenty of space to gather together while also providing private spaces for all of us. We had an amazing time and we all want to go back and stay here again!

Family vacation

The house was very nice and fit our needs perfectly. We did have a bit of trouble locating the beach access, but once we did it was easy enough to get to the beach. just a short walk.

Beach vacay

Beautiful house with plenty of room for everyone. Kitchen is amazing. The deeded beach was difficult to cross with kids and grandparents even on a golf cart but everything else was great.

Great location and property

This property is very well maintained, clean, and within walking distance to the beach. It was a 6 minute walk to the private beach entrance from the property. Also, a traffic light provides immediate access to cross the street. Property has many amenities and is very spacious. Lots of family members could stay here and enjoy their privacy as well.

Lovely home, wonderful proximity to Gulf State Park, beach and pool. Fabulous!

We loved this house! A great place for a family with kids to relax and get wonderful outdoor time while maintaining social distancing. The kids loved riding bikes in the nearby Gulf State Park, and looking for wildlife. And the crosswalk to the beach worked very well. Thank you for sharing your house! We loved it!

Amazing

We had a great time during our stay! The house was beautiful. The neighborhood was picturesque. The beach was a 3 min drive. We had great restaurants within 5-10 mins each way. The pool was a 3-5 min walk. Everything about our vacation was wonderful!

The house was beautiful! The neighborhood was quiet and the pool was great.

Beautiful home with plenty of room for our party of 12. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable. We loved everything about the house. After a day at the beach the pool was a nice change of pace. We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood as well as the walking trails. The children enjoyed seeing the turtles in the pond behind the house. We will be back!

Loved Ot!

We went on a family vacation with another family, and this property was exactly as advertised, if not better! Appreciated the space and the location. Close enough to everything but part of a little quiet subdivision. Only issue we had was maintenance needed to be done on the lock in the middle of our stay and had trouble getting a hold of the property management company. All in all it was an incredible stay.

Wonderful Home

Everything about this home was great. It was centrally located to everything. We had 10 adults and 2 children. Everything was spotless when we arrived. I am a bit of a germaphobe and I was very at ease with how clean things were. Our master suite was great. The closet space in each room was wonderful. Will definitely try and stay here again. It fit all of our needs perfectly and it was priced very well.

Spacious but cozy

We had a great vacation with 12 of us, 7 adults and 5 children under 12 years old. The only inconvenience is the walk to the beach. With an infant we weren’t comfortable crossing the expressway but fortunately the parking deck across the street which belongs to a church was abandoned and we were able to drive and drop off. The property and pool are beautiful and very clean. The beds are very comfortable and the amenities were perfect.

We enjoyed our stay. The house was beautiful!

This home was beautiful and the location to the beach was great. However, We couldn't find the deeded beach access and the neighborhood is up and coming so there was alot of construction noise. We enjoyed our stay soooo much. But If I had any advice, it would be don't forget extra toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags with you and make sure to ask for the alarm system code before arriving to the house.. We didn't have it and the alarm went off and the police came but it was sorted out quickly. I would rent here again!

5 large bedrooms all with king beds. Can’t beat that. Directions were clear and everything was as advertised. Supplies were limited but we knew that going in. Would have been nice to have more toiletries, soap, a baby crib/high chair, etc. House has normal wear and tear but we didn’t feel like it was unkempt or dirty. We did have difficulty with a shower drain clogged, a broken ceiling fan, washer and dryer unable to start and shutting off randomly, incorrect pool gate code given, and a tv that would not connect to the wifi or cable. We even had a tech come out to restart the tv a couple times which fixed it, but then it stopped working again after a couple hours. Management was attentive and helpful, just might be worth updating some common household appliances. Safe, quiet, and friendly neighborhood. There’s a neighborhood cat that frequented the front porch and an alligator that hung out in the pond right outside our back balcony. 4 parking spots available, and the neighborhood pool was large and well taken care of, and always unoccupied when we used it, although a little chilly in early May. Beach access is at the street light, definitely a long walk. I’d recommend getting dropped off there or just go to the state park for 5. Overall a great rental property and we would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Home!

We went to Orange Beach for a family vacation. With 3 adult kids and their kids, all 4 adult families had a king-size bed. Large kitchen and living room with 10 place dining table. Owners provide charcoal and lighter fluid so no need to bring for the charcoal grill. Bring your own baby gate if needed. Never found the private beach access but wouldn't have worked anyway since no parking there and we had 3 cars. No problem because there are a lot of public beaches with parking that have a fee. Our favorite beach was Gulf Islands National Park. It was 20-25 min from the house to the east end of the island. Plenty of parking at $25 which allowed us a weeks long pass. Walmart, Rouse's and Publix are all 7 minutes away if no traffic.

The rooms were large, comfortable and well appointed. It was a comfortable walk to the beach. The neighborhood was nice. We were very disappointed however to find the dishwasher had a foul odor and was very dirty when we arrived. Also unhappy about needing to go out and purchase some basic supplies for our week stay like toilet paper, dish detergent, dishwasher detergent, salt, pepper, basic seasonings, and coffee filters. Left a message at the beginning of our stay and never heard back about it. Did respond promptly to a maintenance request about the wash machine and oven though. Also would have been nice to have beach towels, chairs and sand toys for a beach property but had to go out and purchase these. Overall very disappointing for the price we paid.
