Located in the tourist and residential urbanization of Soltroia, which is flanked by the Sado river to the East and the Atlantic Ocean to the West, Villa Niki is the ideal place for those who love nature, sun and outdoor living.



The beach is a short walk away, and with a bit of luck, you might even spot the dolphins that inhabit the calm waters of the area.



This villa provides everything guests need to switch off and enjoy a memorable holiday.



The house is luminous and spacious.

In the large lawn garden there is plenty of space for the whole family to relax and have fun, enjoying the sun and the swimming pools. Two of them! One for the kids, the other for the grown-ups.

Overall very lovely villa, pool and garden.

The villa, pool and garden was beautiful overall although the kitchen and bathroom were a little tired, especially the oven which we only used once as it overheated on the outside. Miguel the manager was very prompt and helpful. Only a short walk to a great beach but a drive to restaurants as most local shops closed down after a lack of visitors to the area during the pandemic; however one very good small supermarket and cafe with lovely staff a short walk away.

Terceira vez na Villa e gostamos muito!

Gostamos muito desta Villa. Toda a casa é muito agradável e funcional, gostamos muito da zona exterior. A localização não pode ser melhor, a 5 minutos a pé da praia. A Villa Manager Andreia muito disponível sempre que solicitado. 08/08/26 Este ano havia uma enorme infestação de formigas na Villa e é necessário tentar controlar a praga… nunca tinha acontecido antes. É normal haver insectos quando temos jardins mas este ano estava descontrolado!

Estadia na Niki. Espaço em si, nomeadamente o jardim e a piscina. A localização perto da praia. 11/06/26 A qualidade dos colchões. Reparação do chuveiro de uma das casas de banho. Fogão da cozinha necessita de manutenção. Fechadura da casa de banho.

Fantástico

Foi tudo perfeito. Casa muito espaçosa, que permitia as crianças (7, 5 e 3 anos) estar à vontade sem incomodar os adultos. Piscina muito boa.

Because we didn’t find any companies that provided a complete service on the Lisbon coast, we took care of all the details for our guests to have the best satisfaction.

The idea attracted some neighbors and friends who wanted to be part of our new project.
Thus, we built our local network of hosts, maintenance, cleaning, and laundry providers.

About 45 minutes away from Lisbon, Tróia is a peninsula surrounded by 3 natural parks, with the sea, long sandy beaches and mountains enhanced in perfect harmony.
Tróia is a paradise that combines panoramic views with charm. Its unique preservation of nature makes this place an exclusive holiday destination in Portugal.
The white sandy shores and the transparent sea of this place will make you feel far away from everything and close to paradise.
In balance with and respecting the environment it's possible to enjoy a series of activities, ranging from sports to the region’s excellent gastronomy.
In the north coastal region of Alentejo is the Tróia Peninsula, installed on a sand dune, 17 km long and 1.5 km wide. It’s 45 km from Lisbon and its casino and marina and from an 18 hole golf course on the edge of the ocean.
Archaeological investigations are in progress, so the Roman ruins are not yet fully open to the public. However, it is possible to visit the workshops of salting fish, baths, and the mausoleum that houses the "Rua da Princesa".
At the southern edge of the peninsula is Comporta, a village of just over 1000 inhabitants, a land of vineyards and rice inserted between the plains of Alentejo and the Atlantic shores. You can visit the "Rice Museum" located in one of the old mills, see the threshing, winnowing and rice hulling and the cellars of the “Herdade da Comporta”.
Continuing further south, we arrive at Grândola, a peaceful town in the Alentejo, located 40 km south of Setubal and the mouth of the river Sado, in the plains of cork oaks.
There is 45 km of white sandy beaches that stretch from Tróia to Melides.
