Incredible!

So the facility was absolutely beautiful, the conditions, the jacuzzi, the surrounding area, the animals walking freely around was beautiful! Only bad thing the WiFi for the TV kept cutting out so the TV was freezing here and there

Whole experience was amazing.

Accommodation was lovely. Staff were friendly and couldn’t do enough for you. The site is well looked after and loved the animals just roaming around.

Absolutely beautiful and relaxed we loved it

We enjoyed the private use of the hottub in the cwtch, the amimals being free to walk around was amazing. Love the little bits lile milk etc There was a few issues such as we struggled to get hot water at first and we had to play around with the boiler to sort it out, there with a ripped on the flooring near the bathroom door and there was an issue with the bathroom door, also the lights on the path ways in and out of the pod did not all light up during the night was we through was an issue.

Everything was clean and tidy, loved watching the animals roaming around the grounds freely and our dog throughly enjoyed the freedom of the grounds without Ali’s worrying about him getting out

Loved that it was quiet and the animals roaming around also everything is was clean and nice hot tub was ready for us when we arrived I just wish check in was a bit earlier and checkout was later also the remote didn’t work but luckily we had our phone which we could connect to it but apart from that it was a lovely place and will return

A great week at Redberth Gardens... peaceful, secluded and just what we needed.

Seeing the animals outside the cabin, the hot tub and outside space was brilliant. I loved it and can't wait to stay again.. next time we will up grade to one of the cabins with an outside TV. Thank you..a great, relaxing week.

Lovely stay

Was a lovely stay really enjoyed and would definitely return. The info file with all the recommendations and welcome welshcakes and milk were a lovely touch. Some bits need some tlc... the banister/fence out the front on the balcony is hanging off could easily fall through it, also the sofa arm is hanging on by a threat too. The kettle was dirty and had stuff floating in it The breakfast board and grazing board were amazing better than we had expected. Highly recommend

Beautiful and tranquil

Myself and husband throughly enjoyed our time away at the cwtch !! Everything was so well thought out. The deco was absolutely beautiful as well as surroundings, with the animals, trees etc. Will 100% be booking again with you :) Thank you

Great Quality Glamping Pod

We stayed as a family of four (and a dog) in one of the Glamping Pods for five nights on a short break. We wanted a place well located to explore the Tenby/Pembrokeshire area with the added luxury of a hot tub. We had a fantastic time. Relaxing in the hot tub in evenings after exploring Tenby, Stackpole (which was beautiful) and Saundersfoot was lovely. Also lots of activities to do in the area with Hetherton Adventures very nearby as well as others. Host excellent at checking all was well.

Very dissatisfied

On arrival to Cwtch a used condom wrapper was found on the floor outside the door, the key was left in the door. Upon entry a very fousty smell was present. A dangerous uneven dip in the floor from the kitchen to the bathroom which had nails poking through the vinyl was could be felt, the bed slats broke and the toilet was blocked and leaking. There is no even path to the pod and is very muddy, this is not shown on the website, is definitely not suitable for the older generation.

First impressions were great—the location is fantastic and the animals were lovely. Kids will definitely enjoy it.However, the pod itself needs some TLC and a proper clean. The toilet seat doesn't fit well, and although we were told it had been fixed, it wasn't. There was visible dust and dog hair on the sofa. The double bed has sunk noticeably, making it uncomfortable. The toilet door doesn’t close properly, which creates a lack of privacy.The most concerning issue was the mushrooms growing behind the toilet bin, along with a large amount of accumulated dirt. This clearly indicates that area hasn't been cleaned in quite some time. It’s a bit worrying with young children due to toxicity concerns. Additionally, the wet room-style shower is not ideal for such a small toilet space. The floor mat was constantly squelchy, and the entire bathroom remained wet throughout our stay.Sadly, we wouldn’t recommend this pod until these issues are properly addressed to ensure a clean, comfortable, and good value experience.
