This place is in the best location on a quiet alley but steps away from anything you need! Everything was clean and the host was very responsive. My older kids loved having the downstairs all to themselves.

I stayed at this property with my husband and three adult children. It was a great size for us and was in a fantastic location. The beds were comfortable and the place was clean. We didn't cook but there seemed to be everything you would need. I appreciated the coffee maker but you need to bring your own nespresso pods. The owner was responsive and friendly. Overall, this is a really great place to stay in Madrid!

The loft was perfect for our extended family of 6. The property was very clean and exactly as described/pictured. The lower level bed/bath was a really neat space as well. Conveniently located and a number of walkable dining options nearby. Host was very responsive during booking process. Highly recommend and would stay again upon a return trip.

Pros: location was perfect, rental was clean, beds were comfortable, looks even better than the photos, communication was prompt and helpful. Cons: could use some extra linens (extra pillows, towels, blanket or two), and the small couch is the most uncomfortable thing to sit on ever Overall I would highly recommend staying here! We loved our time here.

The place was fine and generally lived up to the pictures. The check in process was a real hassle with the link sent to manage the electronic door lock and the electronic door lock not working. We had multiple issues with that, no TV remote, non-working coffee pot. Each time we contacted the host the first reaction was to tell us we were doing it wrong for two days before finally sending maintenance and confirming there was an issue with the electronic door lock and both the tv remote and coffee maker had to be replaced. This all took 3 days of our trip and, in fact, was a big hassle but there was no urgency to believe us or fix it. Didn’t make for a great experience and could have easily gone so much better.

Amazing location. Very cool apartment.

The conversion of this old building was done very tastefully. There are high-end contemporary details with pieces of the original architecture throughout. The location is fantastic. We will come again.
