Dear Mark, Thanks for sharing your houghts about your stay in our property. We are glad that you liked the location so much. After speaking with our check-in team we are uncertain of what you mean by "tortuous check-in" since everything seems to have run quite smoothly, the check-in agent met you at the apartment, registered your passports, and charged the due amount for the reservation. We would be grateful if you could let us know what aspects of the check-in could be improved. We hope to welcome you back to Barcelona on a future occasion. Regards You Stylish Team

Dear Peter, Thanks for sharing your comments about your stay in our property. We are really sorry about the problems with your transfer service from the airport. Regarding the noise from the building next door, we are aware they do concerts on the rooftop but they start at 21:00 and we have never had any complaint about them. Please note that the building next door is one of Gaudi´s masterpieces and the organisers only do concerts for a very small audience and they are not noisy or disturbing. We hope to welcome you back in Barcelona on a future occasion. Regards José Calero

Dear Joy, thank you very much for your feedback, your suggestions help us improve our service and our guests´ satisfaction. Our maintenance team has fixed the issues with the AC and the lockbox. We are really sorry about the problems with the digital key which was wrongly set up. Upon check in we always tell our guests to bring the physical key with them since the neighbours might lock the street door (specially on weekends) and by doing so the digital key would not open that door. Please note that there are no cameras at all in the property, the only devices on the walls are light sensors which turn on the lights when there is movement in the rooms however they are currently disconnected since many guests did not want them on. We hope to welcome you back in Barcelona on a future occasion and rest assured that all your suggestions will be addressed and fixed. Kind Regards José Calero
