We take all feedback seriously, and I’d like to address each of your concerns: Noise from neighboring dogs: Unfortunately, this is beyond our control, but we understand how frustrating it can be and will continue to look for ways to minimize any disturbances. Leaking glass roof and condensation: We apologize for this inconvenience. The weather conditions can sometimes cause unexpected maintenance issues, but we’ll review this with the owner t ensure it’s properly resolved. Unscheduled visits by maintenance staff: You are right — guests should never be surprised by unannounced visits. We will work with all service providers to ensure their schedules do not disrupt guests’ privacy or comfort. Pool filter incident and deposit charge: Had we been informed during your stay, we would have gladly taken the opportunity to verify the issue and offer assistance promptly. As we are positioned between the owner’s and your point of view, it’s now difficult for us to determine with certainty that the injury was caused by the pool drain cover being unsafe.
