LOCATION:
The Es Mal Pas area, where the villa is located, is one of the most special spots in Mallorca. A summer retreat for Mallorcans, it is a place that retains its original charm. Most of the houses follow traditional building styles, featuring the typical Mallorcan shutters in shades of green or blue.
From the villa, you can walk to two white-sand beaches: Sant Joan Beach and Sant Pere Beach. You can also walk to several rocky coves with crystal-clear, turquoise waters. In addition, Mal Pas offers several restaurants, such as El Cocodrilo, which specializes in seafood and paellas, and 5 Océanos, featuring a spacious chill-out terrace with hammocks and Balinese beds where you can enjoy international tapas and delicious fruit cocktails. It also has a small supermarket for essentials, a pharmacy, a diving center, and a commercial port called Puerto del Cocodrilo.
