The living areas in the property consist of an open-plan living area with a kitchen with an electric oven and induction hob, microwave, fridge, dining seating for six guests, sitting room with Smart TV and electric fire, and utility with washer/dryer. The bedrooms consist of two king-size bedrooms and a twin, along with a bathroom and shower room. Outside there is a shared front courtyard with patio and furniture, as well as on-street parking. Within 0.3 miles, you will find a shop, and within 0.1 miles, a pub, and please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Pets are not permitted. The property is accessed via one flight of stairs. There is a step up into the shower room, please take care. Escape to Scotland in style with a stay at 2 Abbey Row.
