Oasis bajo, Solo Familias!

The OASIS residential is a low-rise building of three storeys without a lift, situated in a prime beachfront location with direct access to the sand. Located in the northern part of Xeraco beach on Avenida de la Mota 26 in the vicinity of restaurants and other services. A quiet area with little traffic, which guarantees disconnection and rest.

It offers a lovely swimming pool with a shallow area surrounded by common walkable and landscaped zones.

Apartment on the first floor, everything in perfect condition with three bedrooms, one full bathroom, toilet-shower, independent kitchen with dishwasher and welcoming living-dining room with air conditioning, leading out to a large terrace (with awning) with an east-facing orientation overlooking the sea, with fabulous sea views. From here, going down some stairs, you access a large private garden with direct access to the beach. In the garden we have a barbecue area. Includes closed garage.

NO PETS ALLOWED.

Our apartments are delivered clean and include bed linen and towels (1 bathroom-shower/person, 2 toilet/bathroom). Includes fortnightly bed linen change. We recommend you bring a small kit with cleaning/laundry products/items. A pressure cooker, blender, toaster or hair dryer are not standard. If any of these are essential for you, do not forget to bring them!

Key collection will be carried out at our offices, at C/ TOSSAL DE L'ULLASTRE Nº7 PLAYA DE XERACO, from 13:00 hours onwards. There is the possibility of key collection outside office hours, by requesting it in advance and having deposited the deposit beforehand. Departure and checkout from the accommodation must be completed before 10:00 in the morning. Keys may be left inside the accommodation after consultation, or will be returned at our offices. Upon arrival, you will have two options to cover possible damage: either leave a deposit of 150 € which will be returned after the apartment inspection, or contract an exemption for ACCIDENTAL damage (Insurance) of 28€ non-refundable.

The Xeraco town council offers and manages a free public WIFI service throughout Xeraco beach (service not guaranteed within the apartments).

Xeraco beach offers lifeguard service in high season, as well as a wide variety of beach bars, restaurants, ice cream parlours, supermarkets, newsagents, pharmacy, and many other services. The slope of entry into the water is gentle, ideal for the youngest and seniors. It is a very family-friendly beach, with little traffic, surrounded by fantastic nature and landscapes. In low season we recommend having access to a vehicle so you can travel around the region, where there are many cultural and gastronomic visits well worth your time. There are many hiking routes, both in the mountains and through the marshland. The latter is very popular amongst birdwatchers. Playa de l'Ahuir, a stretch of virgin beach with no buildings, due to its environmental and ecological importance, where birds nest and we find native plants, is undoubtedly another experience for the visitor. Let us not forget fishing, which can be practised on beaches, sea inlets and rivers.
