In the beautiful seaside town of Funtana Meiga, on the Sinis Peninsula, you’ll find Casa Antonietta, a small villa just a short walk from the beach (accessible on foot), with a private garden, ideal for families with children and/or couples (up to 4 people), and thanks to its location, it offers breathtaking views of the sea. Free parking is available on the street. Pets are not allowed. Groups of young people are also not permitted. Wi-Fi is not currently available. The 70 m² property consists of a spacious living room opening onto a veranda, a well-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with twin beds), and a bathroom with a shower, and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include air conditioning, a washing machine, and satellite TV. A travel crib and a high chair are also available. The vacation home features a private outdoor area with a well-maintained flower bed featuring two olive trees, a large terrace overlooking the sea where you can also dine, an outdoor shower, a barbecue, and a storage shed. The house features an additional rooftop terrace, offering a unique 180-degree view of the sea.
The villa is located about 150 meters from the beach in the beautiful Funtana Meiga residential complex, situated between San Giovanni di Sinis—the Tharros Archaeological Site—Capo San Marco, and the Seu Nature Reserve (a beautiful spot for a short bike ride or hike). The Funtana Meiga beach area, in central-western Sardinia, appeals to both travelers seeking privacy and relaxation and windsurfing enthusiasts. In fact, south of the Seu Nature Park, you’ll find small coves where you can sunbathe in peace, as well as practice windsurfing. From Funtana Meiga, you can quickly reach the “rice grain” beaches of Is Arutas, Mai Moni, and Sa Mesa Longa—renowned tourist destinations on Sardinia’s central-western coast (10 minutes by car (3 km)); the small village of San Salvatore di Sinis, which was used several times in the 1960s as a film set; the ancient urban ruins of Tharros; and the Capo San Marco lighthouse. Depending on the season, you can also go scuba diving or take exclusive boat tours along the coast and toward the island of Mal di Ventre.
Nearby, a grocery store, bar, restaurant, and pizzeria are within a 2–3-minute walk (100 m). Other grocery stores, bars, restaurants, and pizzerias are 3–5 minutes away (2 km) and a 15-minute drive (10 km). A shopping center is 15 km away. Cagliari Elmas Airport is a 1-hour-and-20-minute drive (111 km), while the ports of Porto Torres and Olbia are about a 2-hour drive away. Towels and bed linens are included in the price.
