Hello Christopher, I appreciate your review and comment, so future guests will know I do my best to ensure every guest has a pleasant time. My father was a professional fisherman in the US, and in his free time, he built homes. Each of our properties has something special, like Villa 1, which has a 55-foot-long covered garage and plenty of space to park more cars and boats in the back of the house. I am glad that you and your wife enjoyed a nice getaway during the week with our special weekday rates. Thank you for the excellent communication and for leaving the house clean. I hope to host you back soon.

Hello Mr. Jackson, Thank you very much for your feedback. I appreciate you letting us know about your experience. Regarding the hot water, we checked all three bathrooms and found the water heaters are working well. It turns out the temperature valve had been set to low, which caused the delay in getting hot water. Fortunately, each house is equipped with two water heaters, so we were able to quickly resolve the issue. As for the insect you mentioned, we treat each house every two months to keep them pest-free. In our nine years of hosting, this has been a very rare occurrence, as you may have seen from our reviews. Still, I apologize for any inconvenience this caused. I’m glad we were able to offer you a complimentary night to make up for the hot water issue. Thank you again for staying with us, and I hope to welcome you back in the future!

Hi Chris, I am glad we could host you “last minute “ in one of our villas. I hope you had a great time and looking forward to hosting you again soon.

Hello Melanie, Thank you for taking the time to review your recent stay and you are welcome any time. I appreciate great communication as well. Dish service in the LR has been restored but I am glad the TV in the MB was working. Now you know our location and seen our properties so you can choose any of the three next time. When available Villa 1, I like to upgrade my guests. AS you saw, we have plenty of parking for many boats and trucks and also our shared backyard makes it a great place to enjoy it. Have a great rest of your summer Mariela

Hello Stephanie, I love hearing when students get into a sport, and fishing offers so many benefits: peace, strategic thinking, bravery, meaningful relationships, personal goals, and much more. Thank you for your review and thoughtful comments. We have been in the hospitality business for many years, and we continue to learn and improve with each experience to make our homes feel like your homes. When my father built these homes, he designed them specifically so fishermen could have what he always needed: large garages, plenty of outdoor outlets, private bathrooms for each bedroom, and comfortable beds. Have a wonderful holiday season, and you are welcome back anytime. Please wish your son all the best from me, and I hope he has a successful "career" in fishing. Mariela

Hello George and Alicia, It was a pleasure meeting you and I appreciate your review. I will definitely be working to update the pictures. Now that you need to come back to pick up your tubing, please look at the other 2 properties that we have next to the one that you stayed at. They all have 3BR and 3.5 BA but with covered garage. I also appreciate that you guys left the house very clean but remember, you have paid for cleaning fees! LOL. Take care Mariela
