Apartments Alpen Domus 133A

This apartment is suitable for hosting up to 5 persons.

It is a recently built flat, within an exclusive condominium in the Plan da Tieja area, which boasts a modern alpine style.

It is made of two bedrooms, one double room and one triple room with single and bunk bed, two separate bathrooms and a living room with open kitchen.

The elegant bathrooms do both feature shower, toilette, basin and one also a bidet.

The modern open kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, cooking plate, coffee machine (compatible with Nespresso capsules), oven, fridge with freezer, kitchen utensils, cutlery, dishes and much more.

The apartment is particularly well equipped as it boasts two TVs, both with own Netflix Account, Wi-Fi connection and a washing machine with integrated dryer.

Linen and towels are provided for free.

According to recent provincial law this apartment can accommodate a maximum of:

- Adults (from 14 years): 5

- The remaining beds can only be occupied by children up to 13.99 years of age at the time of departure

The Apartment Alpen Domus in Selva Val Gardena is a high-quality holiday rental, only few steps from Santa Cristina town center and from the Saslong cableway (Sella Ronda) away.

This newly built flat comes with elegant interiors, refined in modern alpine style and is equipped with all the comforts needed for the perfect holiday in the Dolomites.

It is in the municipality of Selva Val Gardena, on the border with Santa Cristina Val Gardena. The town center of Santa Cristina can be easily reached in a few step’s walk. The Saslong cableway, which connects you with the legendary Sella Ronda, is only 400 m away, so it can be reached by walking or by free ski bus, stopping only 50 m from the house. You can ski back until 100 m from the house, through the connection slope which leads down from Col Raiser bottom station until Plan da Tieja.

In Summer the Col Raiser cableway is a 10-minute stroll away, which can be avoided in the months of July and August by the free shuttle stopping 50 m from the house. The property i set in a particularly comfortable position for people seeking for easy walks and families with strollers, as the “Old Railway” walking path runs by just beside the house.

For the joy of your children, you will find out that, two public children playgrounds can be found within 100 m from the house, as well as the Family Park Val Gardena. In Winter families with kids will appreciate the location being set just under the Plan da Tieja ski school slopes for children.

Grocery stores, shops, rentals, bars and restaurants are all reachable in few steps walking.

The property provides one outdoor car parking, free Wi-Fi, washing machine with incorporated dryer and a ski deposit.

Pets are not allowed in this property.

Not all houses allow pets. To avoid misunderstandings, we ask you to inform us by separate mail if you intend to bring them with you. In houses where pets are allowed, there is a surcharge of € 15.00 / animal / night. Baby cot, high chair and cot rail are available for a fee and must be booked in advance.
Check-In after 7 p.m. only possible with prior notification by 6 p.m. day of arrival and upon submission of required documents and payment of tourist tax + extras by credit card for check-in
Heating is on from October to April (during this period the heating is not on if the outside temperature exceeds 15°c or if the inside temperature reaches or exceeds 21°C)
Charging of electric vehicles or other storage devices not permitted, unless otherwise stated in the advertisement. If allowed, it is available only after reconfirmation by MUSE.holiday and at a variable extra cost.
In case of wasted electricity, gas or other utilities there is an additional cost (e.g.: lights on all day in the absence of guests, heating running with open windows).
It is duty of the guests to open the windows at least twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening, for at least 5 minutes each, to let humidity exit the apartment and avoid mold formation. If this rule is not respected and mold is found upon departure of the guests, costs to restore the apartment integrity will apply.
Due to the geographical location, Wi-Fi may be interrupted or slowed down, so this service is not always guaranteed.
The house is not equipped with foodstuffs such as cooking spices or various consumables such as shampoo, soap, etc... Any consumables present are intended only as a welcome kit and will not be refilled during your stay.
The payments required to enter the flat are the tourist tax + pre-authorization through SWIKLY of the security deposit by credit card of 500€.
If not previously agreed, the physical keys, the benefit card and other accessories provided at check-in are to be returned to the MUSE.holiday office in Via Arnaria 9A in Ortisei, otherwise 50€ will be charged for key collection.
The final cleaning amount covers a standard cleaning only. It does not include the washing of the dishes and the removal of trash from the apartments to the indicated spots. Therefore, excessively dirty apartments, dishes not washed, and trash not removed will be amended with a variable extra fee, basing on the entity of the working hours surplus.
Important: We are partnered with SWIKLY – the leading vacation rental deposit provider. Before the check-in starts you will have to obligatory proceed with the online payment of the deposit, nothing will be deducted from your credit card, pre-authorized, or blocked. This will not even affect the limit of your credit card!
