Lovely place to stay

Great location.

The view was brilliant hot tub was great, location 5 minutes walk to town and well’s cathedral. Would highly recommend for comfort and value.

Wonderful location for a short getaway

We had a wonderful stay at Chapterhouse, the location was ideal. Just a short walk into Wells, as well as some lovely walks around the local area. Michael was a great host and was quick to reply to any questions we had during our stay.

Excellent stay

Excellent accommodation, perfect location with easy access to everything. Little touches were amazing, from the prosecco, hot chocolate and biscuits to the Christmas decorations. Will definitely return

FAB LOCATION, LOVELY STAY FOR A COUPLE WITH DOGS, ALTHOUGH MY DOG COULD JUMP THE FENCE

LOVELY RELAXING BREAK, FAB VIEW QUITE LOCATION YET 10MINS WALK TO CENTRE OF WELLS, GREAT FOR DOGS WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND AND WILL DEFINITELY RE-VISIT

Lovely wood burning hot tub, close to Wells

Really enjoyed using the hot rob. And great to be so close to the city centre. We enjoyed walking there over the fields. Would come again.

Relaxing retreat

The place was even better than it looked in the pictures. Perfect for the two of us with the dog. Really close to the centre and you still felt you were in the middle of the countryside, best of both worlds. Would highly recommend.

Perfect glamping pod

Fantastic location. Lots if nearby walks. Town very dog friendly. Pod cosy and comfortable wirh all amenities provided. Enclosed outside area perfect for relaxing with my dog. Will definitely go back again. Highly recommended

Perfect accommodation in a lovely location.

Our stay at chapter house was brilliant, with a view of the cathedral. Upon arrival everything was clean and essentials was provided for us which was great. The bed was sooo comfy with a nice shower and the hot tub was lush. Chapter house is located a 5 min walk into wells. Was just a perfect stay just after Christmas, thank you for having us and we would deffo come back.

Perfect stay

Booked for a week getaway with my partner and dog, absolutely fab. Great place, perfect walks into Wells and around for the dog. Lovely host. Soon to be 3 pods next to each other, but the spacing between each maintains a good amount of privacy. The hampers we’re great and gave us some lovely surprises on arrival too. Would recommend + will be booking again.

Lovely stsy

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at chapter house in December. The lodge was clean, comfortable & provided us with everything we needed for our stay. A 5 minute walk took yell us into Wells town centre which was really lovely. Would definitely recommend & would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Perfect place to stay in wells

Had a wonderful time staying at the chapterhouse. Had everything we needed. Hot tub was brilliant even on a drizzly day. Just a short walk across the field and you’re in town. The owner of the farm Michael was great, couldn’t do enough for us. Would love to come back soon. Thank you!

Relaxing Stay

The pod was clean tidy and had sufficient space for two adults and a large dog. The views of the Cathedral from the enclosed garden were stunning. The welcome pack was a nice addition. The hot tub was easy to use. Will be returning.

Perfect!

A perfect weekend getaway for my partner and I. Ideal for our small sausage dog. The cabin was amazing - clean, modern, comfy! And the amenities (hot tub, fire pit, WiFi etc) were all in working order and made the stay incredible. We soaked in the hot tub under the stars for a once-in-a-lifetime evening. Thank you!

Nice but needs a spruce up

great location and easy booking through luxury coastal. Reasonably well equipped pod, but there’s a reasonable amount of black mould around the shower and on the wooden walls. If you look closely it’s also really not very clean. Corners are full of dust and dirt, kitchen area needed a deep clean etc. Otherwise it was a pleasurable stay. Short walk into Wells which is beautiful and plenty of great places to eat nearby. There is also a Nespresso Vertuo machine in the pod, but no mention of this and no coffee pods provided

Fantastic weekend

My husband and I stayed in a pod for the weekend at chapter house as an anniversary gift from our daughters and it didn’t disappoint. The pod was easy to access with a key box just outside the door, the code is text to you a few days before your stay so you don’t have to fuss meeting people for the keys. It was clean and comfortable and had little finishing touches which made it feel homely. It was surprisingly very warm inside even without the heating on. The hot tub was a bonus was so easy to use and was secluded. I’m not a camper at all but glamping i’d happily do again, the pod included a good sized bathroom with toilet sink and shower, a microwave and hob, a kettle and toaster and a bbq in the lovely fenced off garden space complete with table and chairs. It was so peaceful and just a short walk to wells town. Would definitely recommend.

Lovely relaxing stay

Me and my partner stayed here with our puppy Bill. We had the most wonderful time, the place itself was very cute and had everything we need for a short getaway. You can easily walk into the city and the location itself is perfect for short drives to Cheddar, Wooky or Weston. The hot tub was a massive bonus and was super relaxing after days of long walks. It got really hot and it felt very luxurious. It’s worth considering that if you have a big dog that like to jump then the fence around the property isn’t that high. The only small thing I can that the place could do with was some coat hooks, we didn’t have anywhere to hang our coats after a rainy day. Obviously not the end of the world but could be a good idea. We would definitely return in a heartbeat! Thank you 😊

Peaceful place to relax
