From the ease of making the reservation to the days leading up to the arrival, Josep and Pablo could not have made the experience easier. They helped us get into the property early after arriving on an early morning international flight and alleviated all our stresses about where we would store our bike boxes if we arrived before the scheduled check in time.The property was as described and shown in the photos.Located on a narrow and quintessentially small town European street, the residence was perfect for our week long stay and needs.We used all of the facilities including laundry, cooked some meals and went out for others.Numerous grocery store, bakery and butcher shop options within a 5-10 minute walk. Restaurants are all within a 5-10 minute walk and didn’t disappoint.The hot tub (we opted to keep it cold due to the heat outside) was amazing! We bbq’d and the air con in the rooms were perfect. The additional fans helped in other areas of the house.We needed help with a small electrical fix on the weekend and Pablo got the electrician on site and everything fixed in no time.We really loved the place and would definitely repeat at this location and from Sun Villas.As cyclists, Pollensa is in the heart of the mountains and an almost unlimited number of ride options from the mountains to the flats and the east coast beaches are about a 1 hr drive (with closer options equally nice).Thanks Sun Villas Mallorca!
