A very comfortable and stylish villa for our large family group

A very comfortable and stylish villa for our large family group. Each room has an en suite, lovely sociable open plan kitchen and living area and lovely pool with sun loungers, shady area and seating. We used the BBQ to cook meat and fish from the local market, walked to very cool MUSA bar for pizza and craft ale, drove to nearby beaches, Sintra, Cascais and more.... Great trip. 22/08/26

Very nice villa in a peaceful secluded setting, with a great pool

Very nice villa in a peaceful secluded setting, with a great pool. All bedrooms were of a great size with en-suite, with lots of living space and a nice garden and outdoor seating and cooking area. Close to the beach with lots of great restaurants - we had a great stay and would definitely visit again and Paulo and the team were very friendly responsive hosts ! 18/07/26

This is a beautiful villa, a short drivewalk to the main road. It was perfect for our stay. Well equipped, with nice bedrooms and bathrooms and a well equipped kitchen. It has a lovely pool area and space for parking. 07/09/24

Our group of 9 visited, and the villa was more than big enough

Our group of 9 visited, and the villa was more than big enough. The pool was a great size and is actually bigger than it looks in the photos! Location was perfect, only a short 10/15 minute walk to the beach / restaurants in Praia das Macas. Ubers were also very easy to book if you wanted a trip into Sintra / Lisbon. We made use of the outdoor cooking each day, just remember to leave scraps out for the 3 cats that wonder around! Overall, loved our stay! Would highly recommend.

Lovely stay for a family reunion

We had family members fly in for this reunion from different parts of the world and we had a lovely time and a lovely stay. The villa was very homey and well equipped. It was very well located, within a walking distance to the beach and local restaurants. we also did a few lovely hikes in the area which were spectacular. The staff (Paulo) was very helpful and responsive. I found the villa smaller than what I had imagined it to be based on the photos (perhaps this is to be expected anyway). Also while having enough space for sitting outside, it was a bit tight and the flow of the spaces was not great (i.e. to the pool area). All in all we were very happy with our stay and made great memories.

Fint hus i grunden men hade kunnat vara fräschare inte minst till priset vi fick betala. Tre fick sova i vardagsrummet eftersom de första natten blev bitna av vad vi (o vår läkare efter bilder) var vägglöss. Enligt fastighetsskötaren, som var väldigt vänlig men som alltid var o kollade i huset när vi inte var där, var det mygg. Jag bad honom meddela ägaren och hade förväntat mig ngn form av kompensation med anledning av att detta. Så fint hus, bra läge men absolut inte värt priset

We were, however, disappointed by your comments regarding the alleged bedbugs. As soon as you informed us of your concerns, we took the matter extremely seriously and immediately arranged for a professional pest control company to inspect not only the bedroom in question but the entire property during your stay. Their inspection concluded that there was no evidence whatsoever of bedbugs in the house. And you have not found one as well. The villa manager remained available throughout your stay to assist whenever needed. Any visits to the property were made solely to address the reported issue and ensure your comfort as quickly as possible. Guest comfort and hygiene are our highest priorities, and we would never hesitate to take immediate action if there were any evidence of such a problem. We are therefore disappointed that, despite the prompt measures taken and the professional inspection confirming the absence of bedbugs, this has affected your overall impression of the property and leaving a negative review.
